The staff was beyond rude ive never met such rude people in my life. Toilet wasnt flushing,tv wasn't working. I honestly think this place should be reviewed and closed. Sleeping outside would have been a better option honestly.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place doesn't even qualify to be listed. Rooms are tiny and filthy with no privacy whatsoever. You wait at the gate for ages because they cannot load airtime on the intercom. The cleaning lady said to me the white sheets which looked brown, were not dirty as she had just replaced them, "Just stained" to quote her. No bathrooms in the rooms, you share one dirty one. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Shocking to say the least. Really not what it was presented to be. No pool view as per the presentation, no mini bar in the rooms, no soap, no toilet paper. The bathroom curtain has halfway fallen off, shower dirty and main door hinge broken off. Breakfasts are advertised, when I enquired about it the lady at reception said there is no breakfasts. I cannot in a rightful mind even mark a tip of the rating stars. In fact it should be crying faces.

What a bad experience. Will never sleep there again. Toiletdoor cant close, dirty bedding. Advertise breakfast included then says you must pay more. At Birch Tree Cottage now for only R50 more and it is like 20 times better!!!

Exceptional service from the staff but poor outlook of the entire place. No functional swimming pool. No televisions in the rooms . The place is in an dilapidated state.

Tranquil, lovely spacious room with jacuzzi style bath, clean. Staff helpful, if compared - better priced with a lot more to offer.

The place is filthy,there was no water at night,u could drink my pressure and diabetic tablets due to lack of water,no toilet paper,the floor was dirty,I couldn't walk barefoot of which I enjoy because of dirtiness will never go to that place again

The place is really clean. The only problem we had was when we had to wait for long at the gate.

The rooms are quite a bit too expensive for what you get and don't get, but I've been here a few times and I've never had any issues with service. The staff is efficient and friendly and always helpful

I BOOKED THERE AND I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. THE BED WAS FILTHY, THERE WAS NO WORKING TV AND THE BATH TAB HAD NO LID AND WE WHERE ONLY GIVEN ONE TOWEL, AND THE MANANGER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Everything on the wrb-site is a blatant lie. Squalor and decay is evident everywhere. Prison cell styled single room. Yellowed paint, no aircon or fan, ripped curtains, ceiling collapse is imminent. Zero wi-fi contrary to ads. 3 Rooms with communal bathroom, BUT no plug for bath and no shower. Only shower handle above the bath. Kitchen is a shambles. Taps don't work and not a single microwave on the property. Security virtually non-existent. Pool a lovely green. Staff speak with a heavy foreign accent and is extremely difficult to understand. And they make it clear that they don't care. Enjoy the Comfort Suites (sick).

Staff was rude. Prices are not what is stated. Toilet or bath room does plug up. The lights are broke. Like everything about that place is kak. Save your money or go on airbnb and find a better place

The receptionist did not know we had booked, she had to communicate with a colleague of hers over WhatsApp. The bathroom had no toilet paper, we had to take a glass in as it was broken. We checked out on Sunday morning, the rooms don't get checked and there is nothing that you sign to confirm that you've checked out on time. The front of house was nowhere to be found on Saturday morning and Sunday morning before we'd checked out
