The place is dirty, full of cockroaches. People smoking dagga while others are using drugs inside the bar. The toilets are dirty

The location is very convenient just by the Bosman rank and surrounded with fast food outlets. The service was the best they could offer. The place is just old and the only downside is it houses a club so it's noisy and really makes one uncomfortable because of the activities happening. The linen and the carpets would do with some more thorough cleaning. My room had that lingering smell of cigarette smoke. It was a place I settled for as an emergency measure after a long journey. Not bad for those who don't mind or are desperate as I was at that time.

Good for a affordable traveler's night, close to the taxi rank and buses. It does not look good from outside, very old but once you get your bed you'll be fine.

Sorry,,, I really sorry,, but it s not good,,, have an excelent location but need to be better managment. At night people drink, to much noise,,, should be repairs some part of bedrooms,,, windows, door etcc. But I must to say the staff they are attentivem Seem to be managment problems,,,, . Need to be better.

The worst place to be, you can hear people from the next room loud and clear,very dirty😑 spider webs on ceiling, dirty bedding!Everything is wrong with that hotel

I thought as much but wat I came across yesterday it was a mess,da bed yoh,no bar fridge,no aircon,for da amount dat I paid I'm not impressed at all R450.00.

Such a beautiful historic building. Oldest hotel in pretoria. Neglected, dirty, rundown. So sad !

Not worth for money but it is nearer to the bus station.

Very expensive for such small rooftop room without a kettle and some coffee. I didn't feel save there. It's restaurant is actually a tavern. They will not see me again.
