Well
firstly,
the
address
and
location
given
on
Google
as
well
as
all
booking
platforms
for
this
property
is
not
the
correct
one.
Upon
'reaching
our
destination',
we
were
informed
in
not
so
many
words
by
the
owner
that
the
accommodation
is
actually
a
few
streets
away.
Once
we
got
to
the
newly
given
address,
the
gate
was
opened
by
a
rather
unhappy
employee
who
could
not
even
inform
us
where
to
go
after
driving
in,
never
mind
even
greet
us.
We
drove
in
and
after
basically
having
to
scream
and
shout
to
get
the
attention
of
another
employee
was
on
their
phone,
finally
got
shown
the
parking
area.
This
same
employee
pointed
to
an
open
door
(still
on
his
phone),
which
we
soon
discovered
was
the
reception
area.
The
employee
who
had
opened
the
gate
for
us
(who
btw
was
in
a
torn
shirt,
flops
and
no
mask)
did
not
even
know
about
a
booking,
and
gave
us
a
form
to
complete
while
she
texted
the
owner.
We
informed
her
that
we
had
already
made
the
full
payment
online,
and
she
simply
said
that
the
owner
said
she
must
take
payment
from
us
(an
amount
which
was
twice
what
we
had
already
paid)
for
an
"upgrade"
because
the
room
we
booked
and
paid
for
was
no
longer
available
and
if
we
had
a
problem,
the
owner's
number
was
on
the
wall
and
we
could
call
it.
Now
very
annoyed,
we
gave
the
owner
a
call.
All
he
could
say?
"It
is
not
my
fault,
it
is
the
fault
of
the
platform
you
made
the
booking
on.
You
must
pay
or
go
and
fix
the
issue
with
them".
After
a
very
lengthy
phone
conversation
with
the
owner
who
could
not
even
apologize
for
the
inconvenience,
it
was
now
clear
that
he
simply
wanted
nothing
more
of
this
issue
and
hung
up
on
us.
That
was
unfortunately
the
end
of
the
experience,
because
we
had
to
leave
the
place,
resolve
the
issue
by
ourselves
with
the
online
booking
platform
and
still
look
for
new
accommodation.
Nobody
deserves
to
be
treated
that
way,
no
matter
how
in
demand
a
place
might
be.
I
would
not
even
recommend
this
place
if
it
were
the
last
one
in
that
side
of
town
standing.
Guest
service
and
professionalism
are
top
tier
in
any
establishment
and
the
kind
of
service
we
got
was
extremely
appalling
to
say
the
least.
