The place was so bad, the shower doesn't work properly, the floor is dirty, the roof has changed colour even smells. The cups are extremely small. WHAT MADE MATTERS WORSE IS FINDING THE SHEETS WITH BLOOD, THEY WERE TRYING TO HIDE IT, BUT WE SAW. We were moved to a different room when we came, they told us to pay extra.. But we found the worst. I can't believe what I saw, I'm still in shock.

The rooms smell bad. There's no air coming in the rooms. The sheets smell like pee. There's no kitchen. The rooms are super hot. Definitely not worth the price. Not going back there. Ever!

The place requires attention. wires hanging down from around TV and toilet seat was loose. Son far shower worked and bed was comfortable. I was there for the weekend and there was lot of activity going on in my neighbouring rooms :)

I stayed there for 5 days. It's obviously not a 5 star hotel but it is functional. I needed a clean and safe place to sleep that was cheap. That's what I got. Yes, the place needs work, and yes, the shower drain is an issue. However, at R404 for 2 people... What do you expect? The staff was very polite and helpful. I appreciate hard-working people and business people that make opportunities for their people. Points of improvement: Shower drain, dirty blanket, bed-making skills of staff, stiff pillows and the paint job in the rooms. Would I go back? The jury is still out on that one.

The receptionist couldn’t send us a location via WhatsApp, one would expect the guest house in sunny side to explore such important avenue .You wait for long before the gate can be opened , there is a fan that operates automatically when you put the lights on , it is so disturbing. There are cockroaches on the floor even inside the shower, the shower head spread water like a horse pipe you can’t control it, the toilet window couldn’t close , the heater there doesn't perform its duty it is like you are having a cigarette lighter nje and it was extremely cold that day yooh ! The water in the morning is cold and they use old old irons that can’t even iron ! What you see on the internet is not what you would find except for the green paint 😭💔 it’s a lot ! Ska moooo

Good service and deceiving pictures on the internet. The place requires MAINTENANCE! Evething was dirty from the door, toilet, bed, walls, sheets, evething. If I wasn't so tired and wanted to rest I would have not slept there. I regretted and wanted to book again for my return trip but I will book elsewhere.

Wifi is not good here, and rooms are not as beautiful as the outside of the building

Room was not what I saw when making a booking. It didn't even have a towel. The shower had only cold water.

Lot's of Ants in a room, this place requires a lot of fumigation And renovation!shower with a curtain and spills water on the ground, guest's leaving room's after 10 their rooms are not being cleaned, Bathroom window not tinted and not closing properly same applies with Room Windows, their blankets are old and torn, Room kettle not closing properly, , curtains at the reception not hanged properly, using disposable teaspoon for tea and expecting you to rinse it in toilet basin, not recommending someone to use This guest house, rooms not cleaned properly, Staff members makes a lot of noise at night I think they should change management and hygien and hospitality training is really needed, bad service!😩😩

We called the place and the lady said she'll call back but never did in 15+ minutes then after we called her again, we had to wait outside for a long time without being attended so we decided to leave and find another place to rest in. (All this happened lastnight December 10th 2023. : 9PM)

I never really visited the place i saw the location and pictures online so i can't give it 5 star and i also read reviews about it, in my opinion i think it's not that bad

Its been over 4years dealing them. If you stay for a week they give you 1day free. Great service there. Keep it up

Rooms where dirty. Shower curtain was hanging. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for the hot water. Towels were dirty. 👎🏾

My girlfriend was unimpressed with the cleanliness of the bnb and further more I personally felt that more can we done in improve the place

The place needs a of work,the staff was polite and helpful but when I got there the sheets were dirty and torn. Nobody bothered to even change the sheets. I was afraid to order their food, im not going back there again

The rooms are very tiny but clean. The handwash bottle was empty but on display anyway.

Extremely poor....you are going to regret if you ever decide to book there....not neat at all..and those big cockroaches
