My aunt stayed there and her car got broken into and then she had people contacting her trying to blackmail her and saying they heard her conversation from the next room. We did some further investigation and it was actually people from the guesthouse. Even though she doesn't care for blackmail because she has done nothing wrong. This place is disgusting and should be ashamed. Edit: they are now harassing my aunt and saying they're going to open a case against her which is impossible because she has done nothing wrong.

The owner is rude and will ignore you after you pay. After I paid her, i asked if it was possible to check in a little earlier. She ignored me. The guy at the house was friendly. Too bad about the owner. She desperately needs to work on her people skills. Not a very nice place to stay. Wooden floors, thin walls, shower and toilet leaking.

I'm very disappointed with the fact that the room had dust and the WIFI password was even working. So in future I'll have to go with another B & B.

Bad check-in service, booking was not found, although fully paid in advance. Owner just missing. Staff not competent.

Though the room was clean and welcoming, the fact that I had to share a single bathroom with 7/8 more people is the reason I’ll never sleep here again. I was literally in the queue for over an hour🙄.

Worst place ever. Do not believe pics Reception couldn't or wouldn't even call the manager after I requested a refund immediately and I explained my situation and intentions. Was excited to spend a night away with my baby boo but instead sitting in the "smoking" area in rain getting flue...

On arrival were told our room was booked out, that we booked in advance! they downgraded the room with discount, no shower attached to unit had to use external shower Wifi password given did not work, do not recommend, will definitely not use in future again.

The place is beautiful but the owner is rude and not something i would deal with again. The guy who manages the place is absolutely great, very accommodating unfortunate that he has such a nasty boss!

Lol, I only learned that the place has shared bathroom facilities when I was trying to check in, I called the owner and instead she only sent the email to inform me after being told that she sent it to the other client and not me, she was beyond rude and kept telling me to cancel, she has absolutely no way of talking and I honestly would not recommend booking there at all because she will send you packing shem. I left the place because I was left no choice but to cancel as per her multiple orders to 'cancel'. Ohh, and please note that there allegedly isn't any ensuite room there.

If I WERE to rate this place -10 star i would rate it .. I would'nt even a day recommend this place for anyone else, a colleague of mine went to stay there for just a night! and they got robbed in the middle of the night around 02h00 in the morning. when the owner was called to the scene with the care taker (they stay in the same yard) the very same yard the incident happen. They requested a footage since they have camera to find out what happened, they were told that the Camera's don't work .. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE OWNER BUT SHE WAS SO RUDE TO HANG UP THE PHONE AS SOON AS I ASKED FOR A WAY FORWARD!!! cut it short! IT'S NOT SAFE!!!! BOOK IN YOUR RISK!!!

Terrible. Paper thin walls. Crying babies. Shared bathrooms. No TV or bar fridge in the room. Feels like one of those dorm rooms you get at a backpackers. Also, there’s no privacy, I bumped into a lady in a towel in the passage. You can definitely get a better place for R500 (extra R100). I couldn’t stand it, decided to leave without sleeping there.

Not even worth 1 star I feel robbed Booked on bookings.com but it declined so I went to the premises when I got there in was told 1 room that's left and its R450 okay cool But.... I've never felt so cheated in the room there are camera cables mind u even a connection for a camera inside the room.... no insuite we all must share not evn a shower not evn a tv in the room. I'm really dissapointed and feel robbed I dont recommended this place

I called to enquire about this B&B and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, if I could I wouldn't even put a star for this B&b, I have to pay for u guys to be rude. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. This is maybe why u guys are rated 3.7 and not 4.5, because u act like this.

Very nice and easy place at an excellent location. Even the 2 scary reviews couldn't stop my wife from sleeping like a baby. I recommend the place.
