If I could give this place-0 stars I would. They found the worst possible room that had a crack in the bathtub, then after I asked for a "better" room they stuck me in another room only to find out that it was missing a window, i mean the place is absolutely hideous. The establishment is in a state, but the owner drives around in a Mercedes Benz, what a muppet!!!!!!!

Khabonina guest house is very beautiful building from outside but they need to work on the bedding. May you kindly invest on clean even if they are colorful it will keep us coming. Even the beds need to be changed they are to old.

The room I was in had torn sheets and a broken window, actually most windows in the guesthouse were broken, the water was leaking in the bathroom and when using the basin the water leaks even more. Worst guesthouse I have ever been to and the service is very poor, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend a night there.

I'm disappointed abt the people gathering at the door when you come in....they look at you as if its a first time they see someone booking a room. Don't they mind their own business.

Need to improve TV system put DStv does televisions they don't play so my question why did they put them in each room if the a not use full? Also small table to put clothes is needed!

Horrible experience, the room i booked was given to someone else. The service wasn't pleasant at all. The next room we were offered did not have a key - how does one sleep in a room that doesn't LOCK, the bath tub was filthy, the toilet did not work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE very disappointed.

Poor poor service.i regret going there.starting from the building(broken windows)up until to the rooms.bedding ,bed and the entire furniture very very bad.
