OMG, disgustingly dirty, I requested a refund 10min after booking in. Sorry no refunds! Phoned Michelle (the owner), no answer. That's why you have to pay upfront, this is what they do and how they make money. I wouldn't even let my child sit on the bed! Never have I had such a traumatic experience. I would give them zero stars if I could. I told John the manager that I wasn't going to leave matters there, no refund, what a scam! Advertised as 4 stars online. The only reason they get any stars is because of the location!

The staff, especially abuti John, is really nice and helpful. The place is on a busy road and right in front of the snake park. The place is beautifully furnished but it wasn't clean. I could smell the perfume of the previous person on the bed. That was such a turn off.

Dirty, unhygienic, mould growing everywhere, hair left in beds, no agreement to partially refund when I chose not to stay there

Pictures are deceiving, the rooms are not as nice as online, it was very dirty everywhere, it's a cold space no cozy/homey feeling at all, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the aircon didn't heat up the room and as if that wasn't enough there was no hot water, I asked for assistance at the reception several times but was told the maintenance guy was not in yet at 9am and an hour later they came to offer us to bath in another room that had been occupied by other guests previously and hadn't been cleaned yet. It's Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Motel. The Room was what you needed for a nights sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The noises till about 10:30 wasn't that cool and the security was a plus for peace of mind. Will visit there again.

The worst hotel their bathroom room for showering its not clean and we have to use a kettle to plug water for bathing as there is always no hot water and the rooms were not clean the day we arrived.

Booking the room was simply done online. Room was as expected. The fact that there is a restaurant on the same premises is ideal & a great help. Noise levels were low & there is a sense of privacy, which is always a plus in my books...

This place is deserves to be shut down. The place is expensive for nothing. I booked the place for a family of four, And they gave me rooms that are meant for 2 couples. The floor is a mess. The parking lot is not safe. The employees do not have work ethics. The place is not kids friendly.... They should tell immediately when you booking for a family that they don't accommodate kids

1. The room floors were moving and would break anytime. 😩 2. A bed,the main reason I booked the place, was wreck! 3. The staff behaving like their at own homes,no work ethics and customer consideration whatsoever! 4. No towels until I aggressively spoke to the staff. A very rude lady owner,disrespectfuly telling me to move my car from a parking spot,claiming it's hers, but has no markings or identification whatsoever,furthermore;I was parked by their parking controller. 🚮🚮🚮

Nothing to complain about, the price was reasonable.

We had good time..good bed..lovely staff...staff helped plenty local knowledge. We had a car pot holes breakdown on the way back from pot hole ridden pilenberg.national park..road back in dark full pot holes..not safe where we hit.drove 5k in rim's to meet up with AA . .do not leave your house unless you have... more news in the comeing book

Right opposite the zoo and haarties boating. Not far from the centre. Very busy place and attraction to lots of tourists. Family friendly place to stay at.
