Worst customer service ever at MTN Brits Mall. I actually feel like cancel my contract and hope alot of people do that. You do not talk to someone like that - I am the reason you have a job!

If possible please try and avoid this store. Incompetent and rude staff who seem to lack a lot of experience in customer services.

Terrible service, the workers also don't want to work they just ignore you unless you call them to assist and they have a bad attitude towards the customers. Worst Service I ever received from an MTN store I think it needs better management.
