I would not go anywhere else. I always get exceptional service, world class products and always with a personal touch and attention to detail. I have never left the salon feeling unhappy in any way. It's like a mini holiday once a month...

I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I booked and paid for 10 sunbed sessions. When I arrived for my first appointment the receptionist had not taken down my bookings correctly which I had to re-book. Also, make sure that you take your appointment card with you when you go otherwise you will be refused the service that you paid for. It does not matter that your booking is recorded in their appointment book, if you do not have your card that they can punch a little hole into, then you just cannot sunbed. I was not informed about this when I booked, or the first two times when I was there. I almost had words with the owner because when I asked for my money back, she almost did not refund me. According to the owner not even your gym would let you in without your membership card... not my experience as I have never been refused entry to my gym without my membership card. The owner was extremely rude, and, in my opinion, this is just not how you treat your customers.

I had an amazing experience!The owner is so wonderful and always going the exstra mile for her clients. Definitely a salon to visit! She has so many to offer for clients! One Stop Salon for sure!!! Would definitely recommend her!

I have been with Nastassja for a few years now. She's the best hairdresser I've met. And for sure the best in regards with knowing what style would suit you. I've bleached my hair once at another place(not gonna name the place) and it felt like a chappie. Came to Nas and after one session my hair felt so much better. I've got difficult hair to cut. And Nas is the best at cutting my hair. Would not go anywhere else.
