Great food and service! The staff are exceptionally friendly and respectful. Thando was a great waitress and very professional. The food was tasty and I didn’t have to wait long to be served. The restaurant is also great for families with kids as they have a excellent play area and staff to watch over your kids while they play. Overall great atmosphere and service.

Visited for the first time on a Saturday, the staff battled to keep up with orders, children's parties and general order in the restaurant. Some effort needs to be put in for the restaurant to improve its service levels. Not a bad experience, but definitely room for improved service levels Edited 12 Aug. Awesome service and food is excellent!

One of the best spur I've ever been. Awesome outdoor children play area with lot of different equipments. Good service and the food was delicious and worth the price. The only issue we had was when they started clearing the bins and all the entire place started smelling

Food and atmosphere was awesome but the waitress was fast asleep. She thought she had brought us menus when she hadn't, she thought the water we ordered was for the table next to us, she took the food orders for everyone at the table except for me. I've never received such horrendous service ever, especially for the overpriced rates that Spur charges for their meals. You get far superior service and cheaper food at proper restaurants.

The food is generally not great. My son got served the sloppiest "mac n cheese" ever seen; it was more like undercooked macaroni swimming in watery cheese soup😑 Otherwise its generally quiet and not busy. Nice small playground ideal for little ones.
