It is my first time to visit this Galaxy Grill in Brits Mall. I really appreciate this Restaurant because of their best services. I love black tea from this Restaurant , I love their good management and their staff who are very helpful and friendly too. It is very clean place with clean people very excellent place to come sit and enjoy your meal or tea.

Waiters tell you when they are about to knock off and request you to order everything else you would like to order just so they can wrap up your bill. Yohhh then they demand tips. Let me tell you this has happen to me twice already. The furniture looks like it's about to tear open the tables are sticky. But the food is quite affordable that's the only good thing. I've officially given up on the restaurant.

Shocking service, and poor management. They had a special on rump steaks so our party of 6 ordered steaks. We waited for 20 minutes only to be told that they are out of steaks!! I will not be surprised if this place is going to close down soon. The waiters don't welcome guests when they enter their premises and the floor manager does not care if the staff talk loudly to each other. Avoid at all cost - you will waste your money - rather go to John Dory's or another restaurant within the centre.

Used to be a great restaurant but of lately the waiters are so lazy and they keep on forgetting orders. Sihle spoiled what could've been an awesome day.

yesterday i was there and the staff was very rude a man and woman i was a regular client but after yesterday i will never support them you must be a shame of yourself to speak like that to a client!!!!!!!!

They sell mouthwatering food, it was chilled and good to be in their restaurant 👌🏽

Chicken schnitzel was over cooked, waitress couldn't understand that we want a Greek salad without lettuce etc.

Terrible service Ordered a toasted sandwich, swiped for it the card machine threw a network error so the waiter said we can come back in 20min to collect and swipe for out food. Did that and the transaction went through. The next day i saw it had deducted 2 times printed my bank statement and gave it to them just for them to say they'll get back to me, it's now a month later and they still say no they gave it through to their financial department but nothing ever comes from it, I'm sick of this I WANT MY REFUND AS IN TODAY....
