Probably the worst KFC in the country. Went there a couple of days ago, had to wait 20 min for chicken, couldn't serve us ice cream or Strawberry Sunrise Crushers. This is also not the first time we had problems at this KFC. Everytime we went there there was something. Don't mind waiting a bit but this is a continuous problem at this KFC.

This must be the worst KFC in South Africa. The staff sits outside chatting with customers while there is "no chicken". The manager is no where and does not even know there is a problem. 6 Cars in the drive thru yet no food going out. Various customers shouting at staff for the abismal service!

Very Clean and food was really tasty.

Their drive through service is getting faster. Great staff and great takeway as usual. Icecream is too soft all the time. Turn the cooler up.

Ridiculously understaffed… waited in drive through for 30 min. Slowest fast food ever !

2nd time we were dissapointed with slow service and had to leave empty handed with a no service... after waited 40 minutes.. what a dissapointment, management should get involved!

Great in-store service. Solome assisted me with a big smile and immense friendliness yet very professional. Haven't had such great dunked wings in a while.

Completely understaffed and the staff that is there doesn't use gloves. All our food was prepared with their bare hands - the chicken, the buns (Gross) So I cancelled my order and demanded a refund. Only after I caused a scene did they bother to put on gloves and prepare the food with any sense of hygiene!

Waited for almost half an hour if not longer in drive thru, poor service and rude customer service. Do not recommend

They seem to be under staffed because I always wait a long time for my food to arrive. There is always one person working in the front counter who does everything and not to mention the drive thru, you end up turning your car off because you'll wait for almost an hour on a Friday night.

This was the worst branch I ever visited.Service was pathetic. Food was not good & definitely lacked taste & freshness.Will definitely not go back there as this was my 3rd visit there & everytime was bad.

Waited an hour for our food, and it's disgusting. Katlego, the "manager," is extremely rude. Rather serving his buddies than the clients who have been waiting for over an hour, he has a screw you attitude when you ask how long it's still going to take. We live close by, and honestly I'm too scared to even touch the food they have prepared in fear of being spat in so I gave it to the dogs Review update, the dogs didn't want it either. Photos of disgusting dry overcooked chicken and I wish I could describe the smell of that slimy coleslaw.. hard pass!

We've had so many issues with this KFC. It's not even funny. After we had an extremely long day and a family accident, we didn't have time to prepare dinner. Decided to give KFC Damdoryn another try, what a disappointment...again. Orderd and paid for two double crunch burgers, got almost none sauce on the burger. We stay 20km away, and to drive back to add hot sauce isn't worth it. Really need to improve in their quality checks.

Upon ordering we where told the waiting time for the chicken we be 20 min max. We have been waiting for our order for more than 45 minutes. We see people walking in and leaving with chicken and their waiting time was not more than 5 minutes. Eventually we received our order, the bread is old and the tomatoes are soggy. They will definitely not be seeing any of us again. Never been so disgusted with service and food quality

My husband and I had an incredibly frustrating experience when we went to get ice cream. We waited for 25 minutes just for a basic cone, and the couple in front of us experienced a similar frustration, waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The delay was caused by a car ahead waiting for food. What bothers me the most is that the staff didn't suggest the person waiting for food to move to the parking lot, allowing us to get our ice creams sooner. When we eventually went out to address it, the staff treated us with attitude. To make matters worse, the ice creams we finally received were watery with a terrible aftertaste, that we had to return them for a refund. Despite giving this KFC the benefit of the doubt, we consistently end up disappointed. In my honest opinion, the establishment should consider closing down.

always, always, ALWAYS check your order before your leave. I'm not talking about just The Islands KFC, every KFC in this country. Check your order because they do not. 50% of my orders has something missing. One time I even got burger without a patty. Useless. Update, another wrong order: You are still absolutely useless. We ordered KFC for delivery and guess what ? You forgot 5 mini loafs of bread, and 3 coleslaws. You guys are absolutely useless. It is a miracle you still exist. You have gotten more orders wrong than right. How hard can it be to check a order ? What a disgrace

Worst ever! Had to go through the drive through twice as the first time she didn't ring up all I asked for, and the last window refused to take the order on their side. Asked for no garnish, have about 2 tomatoes on the burger. After the 2nd time, drove home and saw the full order wasn't packed..got home and the food is ICE COLD. We have bought there before and it was not cold at all

Very friendly staff yesterday and quick service. However when we got home our bucket had only 1 drumstick out of 15 pieces? Mostly of breasts, wings? Should one request what you want in the bucket? Or is there a standard? Husband felt like unpopular pieces were dumped 😕.

Worst service of any KFC ever, there is not one time they can get your order right the first time.

Beyond disgusted Hair which is certainly NOT mine in and on the food. Please report to this health issue.

It's more than the third time that they forget to add all of our meals that we've ordered. The chicken also taste off. We will never order kfc again.

Unfortunately this KFC does not live up to the standard of KFC . There was many instances where the level of service was reported and it just fell on deaf ears . Unfortunately this establishment is the only of its kind on the western side of the dam and as a result of this , they treat their clients as if they are doing them a favor . Won't recommend at all . Spend your money rather at the Mug and bean or Steers,fish aways or debonairs.

Ate here after visiting the Elephants nearby and then on the way to the cable car ride with our big family. And the little one slept peacefully. In America I'm not aware that you get a free umbrella with a bucket of chicken. That was neat.

Honestly wasn't very happy at first. When I got home friday night and they didn't put in my buddy coke and also one of my crunch burgers had no patty. But I came back 3 days later cause I stay 20km away. Went to the manager on duty at the time. Showed him my slip and he got me the coke with a crunch burger and also chips. Great service

We waited for an hour for our food and well we waited there was a girl who ordered mash and had a coca cola bottle cap in it. There was also 1 guy who ordered 1 sprinkle pops 2 oreo crushers and 1 dunked pops and he waited for 45min.

They fail to assist me on drive through with a voucher instead of telling me rhey dnt know how to use it they told me its not working on their mechine without even trying it .when i went to kfc pretoria they showed me how they should hVe done it .im disappointed.

The worst Kfc experiance i ever had.15 Oct 21 around 3:30pm. When i got there staff was in their own world, there was more then 3 people just sitting and chatting in the office.i had to greet a cashier twice to get her back to earth. I ordered went to spar and came back for my order. When i arrived, 2 people where waiting for drinks for over 8min, 3 staff members where making drinks, why 3? No 1 was at the till, a girl was waiting for over 10min for someome to help to place a order. My food was ready i could see it but it never went from "preparing to come get". After waiting for 15min, remember this is after coming from spar, all 3 orders including mine never reached "come and get" it just got deleted. When i confronted the cashier MAMOKETSE she denied it. Yet im standing and seeing whats happening. She was so rude to me and told me she doesn't care if i report her. What kind of business are you guys running?
