When I prebooked I get my food real quick and I makes me happy finding people waiting and leaving while they are still waiting, it feels goodbye

You can’t call an online customer after making a pizza to tell them about missing ingredients. And theN Be rude about it when asked. It’s the same thing every time. My own fault for not learning🙄

They are very fast when you buy in-store,but their service online during month end,can be so irritating,hope they improve their service when we call in and have someone who takes online orders only.I love Roman's pizza because of it's thick base and it's always fresh.

The service at Ga-Rankuwa is not good at all, I called to place an order then the cashier put me on hold for the entire 3 minutes. I called again then placed my order, waited for an hour for the order to be delivered and when I called the restaurant they said that they can not see my order so I had to order again. This is not good at all, you are wasting people's time and money.

The service is perfect but the restaurant is situated in a corner outside the shopping center, which may only allow take outs and not sit in

Had to wait for an hour to get my order while the cashier said 15minutes. At least they should be honest about time and 2monutes should not be 30minutes.

Its a good spot I enjoy buying pizza here, no ques at all. But there was something not right with yesterdays pizza especially BBQ chicken and pineapple, the sauce tasted different. it was like savoury mince and not the usual sauces. if you were planing to change the recipe please reconsider. Besides that il still buy my pizza here.

Thank you ladies and management. I was stuck in traffic from Hebron due to some kind of a road block and I called in to let them know the challenges I was facing. A few minutes later one of the ladies returned my call and assured me not to worry they and to be careful on the road,they'd wait for me to collect my daughters orders. What a pleasure!
