Good value for money big bed air-conditioning in rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Some rooms need a good painter.

Great value for money booking through Agoda. Very welcoming and friendly reception and staff. Rooms get cleaned superbly every day. Convenient if you're attending events at the Gallagher Centre as it's in walking distance

Had a training session with one of my biggest clients. I enjoyed the service of one young gentle soul called Neil. That man deserves a raise. He's the epitome of service differentiation.

The worst place to try get sleep. The noise levels from students and other people coming and going at all hours with a blatant disregard make it difficult for business people to function properly for work the next day. The rooms are echo chambers, impersonal with the most basic amenities. The TV has 3 channels The WiFi only worked 2 of the 5 nights I was here. After hours number gets responded to 2 days later. I would definitely not recommend the place.

Amazing place for conferences and weddings or any function for that matter.

We could not sleep at all due to the noise of the main door right next to us when people walked in and out. There was a conference of some kind held on the same premises which went on until 2am. Too much noise right outside our window. The number to dial in case of anything just went on ringing. Water in shower was cold on both mornings. There were ants everywhere in the room. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
