Good place to visit staff friendly and professional Everything perfect rooms service etc excellent

The staff is friendly, the place is safe. The rooms are basically old apartments now being used for guests. The bathrooms were huge. It can be a bit noisy in the morning or at night as the rooms are very close to each other and the walls aren't very thick (neither are the windows). If you keep the windows open you might also smell a lot of smoke because some people smoke in the courtyard. Toiletries are not provided -- all you get is soap and one roll of toilet paper.

I had a very bad experience. Sunday after 4pm the lights went out so no TV or WiFi. The lights only came back on before 1 pm Monday. Yet I had to pay full amount. Also the Wifi in the rooms is so bad that you cannot use it. On a scale of 1-10 I say 6

The place was clean and have also friendly staff. I would advise that once your in that you order food to be delivered to you if you are not driving.

This is one best home away from home, there is so much comfort in every room I used. I am really impressed with the I have been recieving since March.

The worst experience ever 7:00am they was people screaming in the passages as we thought we over that they is banging noise like they cleaning or fixing cupboards like what the hell it’s a Sunday morning😭😭😭

Room was dirty. Hairs in the bathroom with condom paper, used soap in the shower. Extra blanket had an unbearable smell. The experience was poor this time around.

The shower head didn't work properly so I could barely shower. The TV only had 3 channels The prices is reasonable on short notice. 3/5 👌

Worst stay ever. The room we found available had no key and only has shooter lock meaning you can't lock it from the outside. Blankets were torn and had hole burns from someone smoking from the bed. Carpet is dirty and hasn't been vacuumed in ages. The 2nd floor was occupied mostly by a group of old white men who seemed to be friends, they made so much noise till the early AMs busy parading on the corridor and knocking at each other's doorstep so loudly. Management does nothing to control noise levels. Never coming here and would not recommend it.

Very disappointed, hygienically this place is dirty. The curtains are white but turned brown because of dirt and no one seems to care. This place is not well taken care of. I am sorry but I do not see myself revisiting this place again. The staff is friendly its the place that's not cleaned.
