Good for nothing. Never ever come here. And the owner has attitude problem. Please don't come here

Siyabonga Guest House We checked in on Sun 20 August 2023 a group of 32 artists from the Northern Cape. We communicated with Ms Shay on our way to Joburg she kept checking on us until we arrived in the area, we had a warm welcome from Mr George, we got room allocation. The team was really happy and felt at home. The original booking was 20-24 August but extended our stay. Ms Shay is a very nice and friendly host. She showed us her other amazing lodges. Clean property. We also had young people who will tell the truth openly. They really enjoyed Siyabonga Guest House which is close to a lot of convenient stores. I recommend these places Including the Bruma area.

Owner is friendly over the phone when booking but after you book, she is rude and every time we complain about something she cuts the phone on us . She even made us check out early before the check out time. Pool was dirty and the TV was not working, the place was full of cockroaches and customer service was absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend it to anyone

It is awesome, Safe and secure, it is also next to everything like Elis park stadium, eastgate mall, Jhb central.

There was no hot water from the shower and the bed was very hard. I woke up after 2am and slept on a couch which was better although I was not comfortable

I had a nice time, the staff were nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there, the owner too is a kind hearted woman who always seek for the comfort of her guests. God bless your kind heart, hope to come by again when next I'm in South Africa.

The place is very Dirty nothing was clean even the pool was dirty we payed for 15 people ended up getting space for 11 people no cleaning service no parking you have to fight 1st to get parking I have never seen such a dirty place the beds are even old and smell the rooms also smell that place need to be reported
