Grand and beautiful mall, well kept, and has several shops you'd like. Worth a visit.

The mall is huge, the mall offer a great deal of variety of stores. If you enjoy your mall walks like myself then you have come to the right place. I parked on the side of crazy store entrance and started navigating there inside the mall tell I reach sportcene. You have to love walking for you to throughly enjoy this mall. It is not a difficult mall where you will get lost but you will definitely walk to get to certain shops.

One of thee great malls in Gauteng Province. Huge enough to get all you want yet not get lost. A number of entrances/exit. You won't easily loose your car parking area as well. Peace of mind security wise. Parking price a bit high though😀. 5/7min drive to OR Tambo International Airport...about 5min drive to Emperors Palace. 20/30min to Carnival City.

A fabulous mall to spend hours of shopping. There’s constant improvements taking place, which make regular visits worth it. Plenty of safe parking outside and covered.

All shops under one roof. The mall is upgraded. Shops is beautiful and is definitely more spacious. I like the idea that the mall is solar powered. That means that power outages won't affect shopping. Much security makes one fee safe while shopping. The rest rooms is clean an beautifully maintained. The great variety of eateries and restaurants. The parking area is safe. A pleasant shopping experience.

Very good store selection. Parking ticket pay machines need to be upgraded, they still battle to take new money notes. Toilets look pretty with door wraps to brighten up the space, but not very clean by cinema side. Would hope to see more for kids to do here in school holidays other then the cinema and go karting outside in parking lot area. I love that they always trying to upgrade this mall and give it a face-lift.

When you are in the East Rand this is definitely a place to visit. The vibe in the mall is electrifying. There are a very wide range of shops. The entertainment area for kids is excellent, you can leave your kids there and they have supervision. The restaurant around the mall is of high quality. And the walkways are wide enough to accommodate a lot of people. The atmosphere around the mall is amazing.

You have to pay for parking .... okay why ...Answer for a SAFER shopping experience..this MALL has been robbed by about 7 times by Armed gangs and robbers.. if your car is stolen inside the under roof parking ...driven out with a card ...then they say ...SORRY PARKING at your own Risk ..SO YOU MUST PAY R10 for your own RISK PARKING ... this used to be a Great Mall ..but when New Management took over ...it just got worse ...my advise GO TO EAST GATE SHOPPING center ...MUCH BETTER ..much MUCH MUCH BETTRR at the East Gate Shopping Center

It is a very big mall and has majority of the stores you would expect from a mall. The is undercover parking and outdoor parking. Strange thing though but they lock majority of the sliding doors at night…. I parked upstairs and didn’t know how to get out lol. Eventually I got help.

I like that the mall will attract a lot more customers if the parking was free. Even just dropping someone off is a mission to get back out. My personal opinion, convenience attracts customers. Beautiful center with a variety of shops and restaurants

The East Rand Mall is a great place to shop. There is a huge selection of stores and plenty of secure parking. The passages are wide and spacious but can get quite crowded when the mall is very busy. Be sure to wear your step counter because you're sure to get your 10 000 steps in here! The mall is all on one level so no escalators or lifts to navigate, except from one of the multi-level parking areas and there are large wheelchair friendly ramps wherever there are a few steps.

It's my favorite mall in the east rand, it has all the stores I love The Fix Exact! and Clicks and there's also free Wi-Fi. I also love the fact that when I'm broke and can't afford to sit in a restaurant and eat I can just grab something at Xpresso for as little as R12👌

Cadillac burger, second weekend in a row... NOT again! It's massive and I wanted to BURST afterwards. While also being upset about being too full to enjoy my ice cream immediately! Pizzas and toasties are great too! 2 thumbs up for value for money and quality!

Mall is constantly evolving. Which is great. You pay for secured parking and the security (high viz jacket), if they are even employed by the mall, also tries to wiggle money out of you. As their outfits look terrible I doubt they employed by the mall, which could only mean the mall has no control over its “secured” parking. Which the mall would do something about it.

I popped in yesterday to fetch something quickly and it took me about 30 minutes to leave. Firstly your parkade pay station by Bentel rd wanted to charge me R10 and I was there less than 1 hour. Charged for 4 hours plus. Did not have enough change and no staff around to assist. Eventually came back after getting change and the pay station swallowed my ticket! Eventually someone helped so i could leave the mall. It was definitely not a pleasant shopping experience!

I stopped by the East Rand Mall; it's a nice, convenient place for quick shopping 🛒 🛍️ . For late shoppers (9-4 Gang), it is desirable that the majority of stores are still open by 17:30. Restaurants 🍱 are conveniently located. Shop for electronics, health and beauty products, groceries, and more. There is also free parking 🅿️ by the game entrance.

It's fantastic eating, shopping and recreating inside. It offers various services including banking services. Its a place worth spending time at.

Was not impressed today when we quickly popped in at lunchtime to collect a package for delivery from one of your stores: We went through entrance 4 and the floors were so caked in dust from the renovations on some of your stores that I slipped and thankfully my fiancé caught me before I could fall. It was only once we got near Cotton On that we saw that some of the stores were under renovation, as there was no notice of this when entering in through entrance 4!

Very impressed with East Rand Mall. I've seen the centre grow and change over the years, and it's always improving. One is spoilt for choice with all the shops available. It's clean properly maintained and appears well managed. Gets my thumbs up

Great mall. It's an all you want type of mall. Need furniture, need groceries, pet supplies, clothes, homeward shopping, entertainment. Can't even mention all they have, go check it out for yourself. It's in Boksburg, and there's easy access to transport.

We have been using this mall for years and have felt quite safe. Today however I had my spare tire stolen from the Decathlon parking and I’m almost certain that the car guards new exactly what happened as they ignored me as I was trying to find out why there was something loose on the car as I was trying to drive out. I’m very disappointed and would advise you all to be careful

Well this is one of the Best Shopping Malls in the East Rand, especially Fashion fanatics. It's one of the malls where you meet free souls, in a Safe and Clean environment. I won't say much, but 'people should get used to being in that space, trust you won't be disappointed!'

Not as spacious as other malls but it has everything you need. Sheltered free parking available at a cost of no security. Calm place for a family

I found that most stores are not celebrating Valentines day. I visited the CNA and they has a very small little cardboard stand, for cards, no gifts on offer at all.

It was very clean and all shop where Covid ready.

Excellent shopping experience. Huge variety of good chain stores with a good selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. The food court is also awesome with an array of different cuisines to choose from.

I love shopping here. Great stores and even the parking attendant staff are friendly and helpful.

East Rand Mall is nice shopping not far from OR Tambo international. It very nice but sometimes it can be overcrowded. I liked doing my shop when i was staying in Springs.

They intentionally disable the scanners on the parking payment machines on busy days so that customers are forced to pay for parking an not able to redeem free parking by shopping at Pick n Pay. Disgusting to say the least!

I enjoy shopping at Legit Clothing store great service and it's affordable to shop there unfortunately American Swiss service is poor with Ladies approach of negative attitude and arrogance including The Fix they need to train their staff on how to improve their customer service in a respectable manner otherwise I love shopping at Eastrand mall.

My wife and daughter loves this mall. Nice and clean. Parking is a bit expensive for the first hour. Should maybe look at making the first 30 minutes free and then there after start charging for parking.

East Rand mall is a amazing shopping center. With a variety of choice of clothing,home wear , accessories, and food stores. East Rand mall is a very busy but productive and caring shopping center. With very helpful assistants from all shopping center in the mall.

I've been coming here since I was knee high... I'm glad to see that the mall is constantly being renovated so it's always relevant. Just a bit hard to navigate now that I no longer know the corners 😅 it'll take some getting used to.

Has most of the shops that you might be looking for. It is easy to navigate around. It even has a gym and Dr's office inside. Lots of different shops and it is always clean and well kept.

A large mall but easy to navigate with well stocked shops. Cinnabon and Krispy Kreme branches available here as well! Very Cheap Parking compared to other malls! (Was Only R7!)

I can't remember when last I came to pay the extortionate parking fee that the card was readable. Machines often out of order. With all the money the parking company make surely they can make sure their systems work. East Rand Mall is just a sad depressing place to visit. I only go there if I have no other option.

Pleasantly surprised by how big the mall is and also by the variety and size of the shops. The mall is surrounded by quite a few others businesses of different industries and sizes. Overall, a fairly good mall to shop at.

Couples Mall is same as any other. I must say the ATM's are not well placed. You walk thru the complete building, just to get to the banking aide and see that you can't deposit money at a certain ATM. Well pay station's is well placed. Clean mall with clean toilets as well. The rest is normal and nothing extraordinary to it. I'm not much of a city guy so wouldn't know what there should be. But the place fill full my needs

The parking is poorly designed and the electricity is frequently off. Was a bit crowded when we went their and the ventilation was not working. The entire mall had a foul smell. Location is good but otherwise I had a bad experience

The mall has gone bigger, then what I used to know, from the olden day's, has lot's of outlets inside this one big pavilion of stores, near Boksburg/airport side. Always all the flights pass above roof top to land at the airport.

Shopping is ok but for some reason they feel it is not nessesary to have cameras in the parking areas. My car got scratched badly and not one of the 5 security guards seemed to have seen anything

I am very disappointed with the staff at Tekkie Town inside East Rand mall. I went to shop for shoes yesterday (07/09/2022) at about 17:45. Along the way whilst shopping, I unfortunately dropped my car parking ticket. I then traced back my steps to Tekkie Town at exactly 18:00 to check if I did not drop my ticket inside the store. The door was closed and there were three employees inside the store, one at the till and two walking around the store. I knocked at the door and pleaded them to come however they just looked at me with contempt and scorn. I stood there for over 10min pleading them to come and they just starred. - I did not need them to open the store, all I wanted from them was to check if I did not drop the ticket in one of their isles. The store is not even big -

Why do you have so many car guards that wants money for parking and also have a parking system you pay for? This is very irritating because now I have to feel bad for saying no every time to the guard while also having to pay R10 for parking!

The mall is quite big.A smart mall too,but would've been nice if it wasn't all flat, viewing the surrounding area in it would've been nice. Love the restaurants area, pretty sure you can find your favourite restaurant there. overall it's a great Mall..

This Mall is still a nice Shopping Centre. It seems to have Stores for almost everything a shopper would want. What I did observe as a change from a few years ago was how many of these Cell Phone and Gadget Stores are now there run by Asian Immigrants from the India, Pakistan, Bangladesh Region. And I noticed that the Christmas Shoppers weren't very interested in shopping with these Immigrant Stores, and seemed to have money to spend at the regular Chain Stores and Shops.

Wow! Very nice spacious mall with a variety of franchises operating there. Good deals all over, you don't have to go around to other outlets or malls. Food outlets can be found who can provide a variety of tastes. There cherry of it all is the cinema which has the latest releases in terms of entertainment.

The mall is beautiful and it has a variety of stores to choose from if you're looking for clothes as well as groceries. It does get full since many stores are there and there is a Cinema for those that want to watch movies but it would be great to have something like Wi:JUMP for those who'd like to play around for fun.

The mall is nice and big but it would be a problem if you don't know your way around. Ended up going around a number of times looking for a specific shop. Other than that, it's got a nice selection of stores and restaurants. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful, safe and a wonderful place for shopping and dining. The challenge is during loadshedding when some shops become extremely dark. Roof solar would be an incredible addition to the mall to keep the lights on

Your parking payment is very frustrating! Half your stations are out of order, and the rest don't take R50 & R100 notes as well as credit cards don't work - at least on the side that I used. You need to upgrade this urgently. Other big malls use Admyt, you should consider that seriously!

Good shopping centre, everything you want under one roof. Plenty parking. Public toilets, cinema, banks, food options, clothing and gifts. You name it you will find it here. Very well positioned and easy to find.

We had an excellent experience at East Rand Mall. Lots of parking available, covered and standard. Parking wasn't expensive. Lots of security staff all over. Lots of shops and some excellent restaurants. It was spotless and very presentable. The last time I visited this mall was when I was in school. Lots of changes, and they are all great. Easy to navigate as well. Very impressive 👏

A very clean and very safe mall.Shops well priced . Only concern is the taxi rank opposite the mall which could cause further dilapidation. There are also vendors in the Taxi rank area which will bring this beautiful mall down.There arr sometimes even now vendors on the street on the mall so we use the opposite entrance.Why does the mall owners boycott the taxi rank.

Wonderful shopping experience. It's so nice to have Milky Lane back, and old time favorite, smaller than when they were by the movie section, but still same great taste. Sneaker factory also a great new edition of the TFG Group, Multiple brands of tekkies at affordable prices 👌

I had a great time at the mall, most shops close late, a variety of shops and a good experience. The parking payment kiosk is outed for such a big modern mall. They need to upgrade them to allow card facilities.

We're shopping for mattresses for kids, shop looks great but guy who assisted needs some guidance on closing the sale snd product knowledge. We literally had to drag info out of him which qas little to nothing. He just stood there he really doesn't know his products or has any sales skills. We could hear and see the other sales guy really selling to another customer, would've much rather have preferred him as he would've earned his commission.

If you’re looking for a place that has everything under one roof in the Eastrand - then this is the mall to visit, great mall, great stores but like all large shopping centres just be aware of your surroundings- it does get rather busy

In particular the I -store. They close their doors at 18.30 but stated hours are 19hoo. When you arrive at 17hoo the staff refuse to help you because they close at 19hoo. They are not doing the East Rand Mall or SA a good service and is costing their brand because they bluntly refuse to help you

Awesome place to play netball, however mixed teams have to play against all mens teams as they do not have a separate league for the men's teams. It does not bother our team that much, but should be taken into account if you want to play to win( the mens team won the mixed league)

Heard a lot positive reviews about this mall, i had to experience it myself and I'm impressed. Beautiful surroundings, very clean, big enough parking lots, friendly staff. Food court well positioned, vast Clothing shops too ma to pick from.

There was sufficient parking even though I went to the mall at a very busy time, the walkways and other surrounding areas were very clean and the security personnel are friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to East Rand Mall

Petrus and Isaac at wimpy are amazing! They are hospitable, welcoming and give us excellent customer service! They definitely deserve a raise! I commend them for their hard work!
