Clearwater Mall is one the more modern Malls. I love it because they layout, everything is easy to find, the Mall is curved into a semi circle and navigation is easy. It has all the normal stores one would expect from a Mall end more. Another aspect is the clean environment, it's never dirty or untidy, which for me is a big plus. Keep it up !!!

Met a very awesome person for lunch there at Doppio Zero... And to change things up, we had something different... I had fries with strawberry milkshake and she had fries with red velvet cake... We can both confirm that the food was great. I will say this... The milkshake was maybe a little too watery to use as a fry dip, if that is something you are inclined to (like I am), but as far as the actual service and food is concerned, it was great... After which, we walked through the mall and though it was not overwhelmingly busy, there certainly was a fair amount of foot traffic. Parking ran me R10 as I chose under roof parking and though I had people almost insisting on washing my car as I got there and left, they didn't seem to care that my car had been washed the day before... Overall, the experience was great. Although I absolutely attribute parts of it to the company.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how better use and friendly the atrium area of the Mall is after renovations. The new kids play area is also well displayed and protected. All in all a lovely experience.

Food court has been renovated and it looks great. The play area is a wow. My daughter loved it. Always loved going to this mall it's my favourite cos of the shopping hours especially on Fridays it's convenient for me, I can go there after work. Shops close at 9pm anytime of the year not only during festive. Love the place.

So biiiiiiig! And the stores close at 7. Secure parking - you go through two boom gates before you can exit so make sure to keep that ticket safe. Clean mall. Would definitely recommend

This used to be my favorite mall but that is no longer the case, it was overcrowded. Service was lacking and queues were too long, no social distancing happened here. I may only go here for the Typo and the claires.

I have always enjoyed shopping there. You will find all you need most of the time. Not only do you have a great shopping experience, you can sit down and enjoy a meal at any of the restaurants or grab a take away on your way out. You can also relax at the movies there. I myself sometimes spending hours there without realizing it

Love this Mall plenty of safe parking with car wash onsite while shopping. Huge variety variety of shops inside the arcade, reasonable pricing. Movies for the kids, escalators and elevators always working. Oy down side parking is a little pricey.

The great thing is that everything is under one roof. Kids entertainment, girls catch up session, a cosy date with your partner; all your needs will be met. Went into exclusive books and the ladies where helpful. Had a very kindhearted lady assisting us Panarottis, kept ordering because we felt so welcome there😂. At first we got to Funbuddies, we waited because they were occupied but eventually when we came back for the second time the service was quick and much better

I love this mall but... After a fun evening of go carting and a classic spur dinner we were bombarded with beggars at the exit. I don't have an issue with the less fortunate but it's quite unnerving having 2 guys run up to you as you leave the mall at night asking for money. This happens often to me often there. If this can be sorted out this mall will be amazing

They have redecorated the food court, there is a play place for kids and a slide from the first floor down, cool! Clearwater mall is clean and safe, and parking is easy. See for yourself (see photos): the bathrooms are clean and modern.

Though I was in a rush, The place is so beautiful and busy at the same time. The shops And restaurants are breathtaking.

Clearwater Mall is certainly the best mall in the area. It has all the usual suspects such as Pick n Pay and Woolies. Its your typical mall with all the typical stores. It has an awesome food court area that has recently been revamped. Everything is kept clean and neat. There is quite a large store turnover but that may just be a sign of the times and not a reflection of the management. The only thing that irks me is that they are the only mall in the area that charge for parking. I sometimes try and avoid it just because of that. They do have a small section that is for free parking but its in the full sun and small compared to the rest of the parking area.

This is my favourite mall in terms of design and the available shops. The food court in the middle and the ability to navigate around the entire mall without the need to retrace your steps, really sells it for me. The shops are also very diverse in terms of products you can purchase. From art supplies at PNA to comic books at Cosmic Comics to the variety of clothing stores, you really can find almost anything you need

Easy access to parking, parking spaces could be a little bit bigger in some places. The reason I say this is because of moms with kids in car chairs. Maybe they should add more mom and child only parking spots. Sometimes the pay machines don’t have working credit card slots or tap to pay options which can cause a bit of frustration when you don’t really carry cash. Otherwise, love the layout, the lighting, the cleanliness, the look and feel, High ceilings, wide passages, easy navigating by use of the touch screen navigation spots. Nice variety of restaurants, great restrooms which have family rooms and breastfeeding rooms. Well design shopping centre. I mostly always feel safe, sometimes get uneasy in the long passages going into the restrooms.

Huge mall with ample parking undercover and open. All your usual chain stores. Spacious food court with Fast food takeaways and sit down restaurants. Pleasant to shop here.

I love the entire mall, it's beautiful and amazing....ay but African Bank. The staff there are simply at work just to get paid at the end of the month. You never feel the customer service vibe like with the other banks there, there are no suggestions from staff when they are assisting you....I think they should re-hire people who actually appreciate their jobs. It is big 2 floors. The fitting rooms are nice but you stand in queue as it is very busy. Could find most of what we were looking for & in comparison to other Edgars stores these days were well stocked.

One of my favourite malls in Johannesburg! I find that the cinema area is really convenient for a quick trip to the movies and some dinner after work. The food court area is really well thought out and quite a different feel than the rest of the mall , it's awesome. Plenty of shops , really clean , easy parking which you can pay for with your card. Overall great mall.

It was a very fun experience. It was as fun as the 'stereotypical' day out with friends at a mall - movies, food games and lots of laughs. Clearwater was a great place to host all of this and I definitely recommend it if yours trying to have a good time. The only slight downside is that the arcade is quite small and doesn't really offer a variety of activities but I guess you get what you get and you don't complain

Lots of shops for clothes and digital tech. Many places to sit and eat or takeaway. Good inside lighting in walkway areas. Parking plenty with reasonable prices for this undercover facility. Most of the major stores are available here like Woolworths, Pick ń Pay, Game and Dischem.

I love this place... It took a while to understand the layout of the building, but I think I know it quite well now. There are boards that provide electronic maps so you can find your way around, and generally the stores are open until about 19h00, which is quite convenient. There is a huge variety of clothing stores, a food court, a cinema, a few bank branches, and many more different kinds of shops to choose from. There are quite a few different entrances both on the first and second story. And you only pay for parking after about an hour, which is also quite nice.

Went to RARE Steakhouse, I tried their steak and it wasn't impressive, the service was slow, the drinks order took such a long time, they brought the incorrect food order to our table. That was my first and last time there.

Convenient enjoy the shops and restaurants. Would recommend more kids play areas. My daughter fell and hit her head last year I send an email and to date no response.

I like this shopping centre. It has the shops i need. Good clothing shops, good coffee shops, medicine. Restaurants. And the best thing is the opening roof for those clear days. Where you feel like you are sitting outside.

I'm very familiar to this mall. It's a very secure place. The neighborhood is very calm. Most of families are spending time together with theirs. There are all big south Africa 's stores there and there is more to learn about south Africa culture there. Love this mall

Clearwater Mall is likely the best mall in the West Range - great selection of upmarket shops covering various product lines. The stores generally have stock of whatever it is you need and there is a nice selection of restaurants throughout the mall and food court. I've been going to this mall for around 13 years now and have always been satisfied. The mall also has all of the major bank branches and as they are large branches you can do all of your personal, business and corporate banking from these beaches which is extremely convenient.

Very reliable shopping mall, everything looks perfect, haven't come across a bad service or situation. As far as security is concerned, I recommend that, this is a go to mall. Peace of mind and enough space to move around. I like the kids play area and food court. You can relax after a long day of shopping when you have kids.

Nice mall for quick errands. Shops are easy to find, and parking is very safe. For parents, the children play area recently got renovated and I can tell all the kids are loving their new playground.

It has all the big anchor stores and is safe to hang out in. Bathrooms can be a bit busy and they need to be more spread out, but otherwise it's fine. Pregnancy and family parking bays would be nice - weird that people with motorbikes can park close to the entrance, but not pregnant people.

Went for a Girls Night Out (GNO),the shops weren't overcrowded and parking is cheaper-🥳🥳paid R10 (more than 3 hours)Nu metro was buzzing with lots of different promoters and beautiful ladies,since it was ladies only event.

I love this shopping Center. I popped in to the Pick n Pay which gives a “dingy” impression because they are still renovating and replacing the tiles and whatever else. Other than that the shopping center is clean, very well laid out, bathrooms were clean. Recommend to anyone who loves shopping 🌺

Great mall with a big entertainment area in the centre. When visiting for the first time and going the bathrooms, take note of the colour corridor (or direction) you came from or you’ll be confused when leaving the bathroom :) Nice variety of shops. Good lighting and great vibe.

We had a great time at Spurs celebrating our granddaughters 12 year birthday. The service was excellent. Our waiter Erik is the boss. He took care of her cousins and the adults and made sure our orders were correct and on time. Thanks to Erik's colleagues who helped him too with the singing, etc.
