I
have
heard
good
things
about
this
place
and
decided
to
visit
this
past
weekend
with
my
family
.
The
service
is
shocking
for
a
hotel
with
this
star
rating.
I've
honestly
had
way
better
food
and
service
at
a
three
star
hotel.
On
arrival
we
were
given
the
wrong
room.
When
my
husband
complained
to
the
front
desk
about
it
,the
receptionist
advised
that
all
the
rooms
were
fully
booked
and
that
we
couldn't
change
to
the
room
we
initially
booked.
We
then
decided
to
check
if
we
could
upgrade
our
room
online
where
we
made
the
booking
and
it
showed
three
rooms
still
available.
After
going
back
and
forth
with
the
front
desk
receptionist
we
were
finally
shown
to
another
room
and
boy
were
we
in
for
a
surprise
.
The
shower
had
mold
in
it
,
outside
balcony
was
full
of
bird
poo
and
dirty
.We
ordered
room
service
and
I
requested
for
something
to
be
change
on
the
menu
and
I
was
told
I
couldn't
have
anything
changed
because
the
food
was
pre
cooked
and
just
reheated
when
ordered.
After
waiting
for
an
hour
for
our
food,
it
finally
arrived
and
half
the
order
was
missing
,
the
food
was
stale
and
cold
.Image

fries
that
was
precooked
and
reheated.
At
breakfast
I
called
room
service
again
and
was
informed
they
did
not
have
room
service
available
in
the
morning
.I
then
when
to
the
restaurant
to
get
our
breakfast
myself
and
while
waiting
for
them
to
prepare
our
drinks,
I
noticed
a
waiter
packing
breakfast
and
when
I
asked
he
said
it
was
for
room
service
and
seemed
shocked
that
I
said
,I
was
told
it
wasn't
available
in
the
morning
.
I
confronted
the
front
desk
again
and
the
rude
receptionist
with
an
attitude
told
me
they
only
make
exceptions
and
serve
room
service
to
certain
people
in
the
morning.
I
wouldn't
recommend
this
hotel
,
food
is
horrible
and
service
it
worse.
