Large mall with plenty of shopping and dining options to choose between. The mall is easy to navigate and wheelchair accessible. Outside of the mall near entrance 5 there is a dedicated colourful playground for children to enjoy. There are ample parking spaces available, so even on a busy day you can expect to find parking. Exiting the mall and navigating through the parking area is made easy with signs indicating the way to the nearest exit.

I find the place very interesting, you can get almost anything you need, food, clothes, entertainment and many other things you may expect to get when you visit a mall. There are no lifts or escalators, you just need to walk around from one shop to another... I find it cool because walking has a positive impact on my vitality health status...

The mall is classy and world standard Free parking👌

It is safe for shopping and car parking. Interesting games for kids to play and take pictures. It is Clean thanks to the team who works as cleaners at the maĺl. Easy to sport your shops.

It's a really nice mall for shopping and has nice restaurants but I wouldn't go to spend the day doesn't have entertainment like the cinema or ice skating so it's a basic mall good in terms of shopping and eating

The best Mall in Brits. From retail outlets (Game, Checkers, Pick n Pay and Woolworths), banks, clothing outlets to bookshops, almost everything you could ask for in a modern city mall. I like the variety in food outlets and plenty of parking space with relatively good security.

First time visitor stopped for lunch after a business meeting... public bathroom needs some serious attention and Mall Floors not so clean , had lunch at Ocean Basket... not bad however needs some attention inside...

Quite a good place to visit. You can always find something new to take home.

#Curryculture visited this mall several times last week. It is well appointed and there are many branded stores as found in major malls. The guards are pleasant when directions were sought. The wheelchair bays allocation and reservation with chains is fantastic and I would recommend that other malls do the same. The attendant there is also pleasant. There needs to be more restaurant options here in the future. The only put off was the McDonald's that had a fly infestation. The manager seemed less bothered and just looked at the disgusting sight and walked away.... This is situated separately from the mall but it dampens the experience. The mall should address this issue...

I love Brits mall it's amazing. I opened my Edgers account there, and it was easy, I mean after a long while going in and out different malls trying to open this account being rejected everywhere I go. And then when I got to Brits mall everything went thru easily and I had an account. It a like a miracle. At Brits mall is good people 👌

Affords a shopper all the requisite shops for most day to day necessities. Clean and well maintained, with pleasing spaces for walking in without feeling compressed even when busy.

The mall was clean and not too crowded, Inot sure if it's usually like that because I went during the week and off peak hours

Mall is always clean. Love shopping during working hours as it is not as busy as the weekends.

It's a very nice shopping centre,you get almost everything u want there except few shops that I wanna see and they're not there...Spitz,Bathu &Drip shops..a big mall so busy like that needs more shops with a lot of pull factors..but anyway ,it is a nice shopping place...I enjoy being there because it has wide parking.

Everything you need not want is there. You can shop in peace, it is not noisy. Shops are big enough to shop around even when there is sale or promotions.

Room for improvement....add area for movies or add plays for games that will also make the shopping much more enjoyable

A good place to shop but security and camera no guarantee I lost my wallet with all the important documents,reported to centre management and security with no help.When.making follow up I'm told no cameras in the bathrooms and it's my responsibility not theirs to safe keep my belongings.5 days still no feedback and no footage

As I was traveling on N4 ,my left rearveiw mirror became loose and was being blown by the wind.I drove slowly and took an off ramp towards Buffelspoort and went to the shop and I was impressed by the friendly service .

Clean and relatively safe (it is South Africa after all) shopping center with various shops. Still the best place to shop in and around the Brits area.

Good mall, most of the shops i like are available and they barely run out of stock so i think thats great. I never experienced any awkward encounters at the mall plus the service is good. Mall is clean and neat so i would recommend it.

The best managed centre around. I had a complaint regarding a tenant and Management sorted it out within minutes. You guys are great!

Nice mall with 3 entrances that makes for easy and quick shopping if you don't have a lot of time. Only negative point is that the parking bay lines is to narrow and big SUV, Bakkies and Kombi is always parked either over the lines or close to the lines. This makes it difficult to get in and out of your car without damaging the car next to you. In the near future if they can fix it, it will be awesome.

It's family friendly,keep away weekends of the 15th and month end pay days,its hectic full. It could use some shaded parking bays but hey,it's free parking so considering their vast parking space,it's good value for money for all. They could consider a standing covered bay for taxi users,when it's raining it's not pretty

The mall is huge but you will never struggle for a parking,,, they've done a great work on that one,,,,,,

Ur employees who pack the trolleys go shopping inside pnp and refuse to wear a mask. When ask them to wear a mask they threaten to beat us up and pnp staff laughs with them and even assist them without wearing a mask.

Another mall.... But nice and clean. Was there very early, so not a lot of open shops. Looks like you will get what you are looking for..

It's a very busy mall with enough stores. Very clean and well maintained. I just wish they add more stores

The place is very clean and spacious, can even accommodate covid distancing. There are some disabled people ramps all over. Every shop that you need is available.
