I took my eternity ring in for resizing. Got professional advise on sizing and was allowed to wait. Got the best cuppucino and they kindly polished my wedding ring whilst I waited. Disappointed. I had my rings made at Bresco and have been coming to them to get them polished and replated for the past 4 years. I have referred many customers to them because their costs have been reasonable and the service remarkable. I came today, after looking for their new location to get the same work done only to be told what I paid less than 6 months ago for two rings was the price per ring. It is really a shame.

Veronica helped me with a custom-designed ring for my fiancee. She was extremely professional, polite, and catered to all the details which I wanted on the ring. She also provided valuable insights into the manufacturing process and the type and quality of the stones being used. She sent me renderings of the ring design and even printed a wax model so that I could get a better idea of what the ring would look like. The proposal was a surprise and Veronica made every effort to be discreet so that my fiancee would not know about the ring. The ring came out perfect and my fiancee loved it.
