The Bed King Silverlakes is not as good as people think. I bought a new mattress in September 2020.The Bed King told us the mattress we bought was a perfect mattress for my wife and myself. We both awake up with painful Necks and Backs. (My previous mattress was 10 years old and it was a better Mattress then a new one from the Bed King) When i phoned The Bed King to complain the Manger Roseline took weeks to get back to me. I had to phone and follow up. There customer service is useless. Rather buy a Brand name mattress!

The welcoming was overwhelming for future buying beds I extended the welcoming to my family and friends to come contact Roseline for sale at Silverlakes. I immediately bought my bed set cash. I'm over the moon. I was diagnosed with Lumbar Scoliosis wow wow it was for my first bro g so well received the experiment she conveyed to choose the correct bed for me. Walked in at Bed King Silverlakes just before they closed. I was happy to have been attended with no pressure. Was looking for an adjustable bed, with the need to see and feel the product so I could make up my mind- having seen other brands online. I was assisted by Nthabiseng, who made the whole experience seamless. She patiently took me through all details of the bed and even answered all my questions from the first time I walked in to when I was ready to purchase. I now have the bed and am very comfortable with it as she thoroughly demonstrated how to operate it. I am very happy with my new bed, and the service received.

I'm sorry to say that Bed King isn't that great. My new mattress that I bought in June, is disentegrating, it forms a dent that doesn't go back to normal,so it's very uncomfortable and causes back pain, I've been emailing them since Dec 2020,they say they will replace it, no date has been given, yet and they refuse to deliver it to me, they will deliver it I will Pretoria and I have to go get it there.

I waited one week longer than promised for our bed. And about 4 months longer than promised for the cusions.
