Some of the people on the floor isnt very friendly or helpfull. Also the gentlemen that stands at the door is very aggressive and violent. He was in a cusding and cursing match with a white client that left the store. That was an extremely bad representation of your brand. I felt really unsafe

I bought a speaker and it stopped working within 2 weeks. I took it back for an exchange but they told me that I should wait for my speaker to get fixed which took almost 2 whole months. Meanwhile I was left with nothing to project my audios.

They sell new and second hand goods. You can also get cash advance on your goods and then pay back with interest to get your goods. You can also sell your second hand goods there but you won't get much for it. There offers on second hand goods is on the low side. Rather you sell it privately unless you are desperate for money then go to them.

So i bought a Dixon Steam Iron from them on the 5 march 2021. Yesterday is just stopped working. I decided i wil bring it to them. Firstly when i enter there was nobody that wanted to assist me. When i went to the cashier she called someone els to assist me not talking to me. Talk in front of me not with me the customer. Then told me that my warranty expired they can only sent it in as they do not know what to write. Assistant and working together WOW. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

The service is pathetic, I regret buying a cellphone at this store. My phone broke and I took it to the store for repairs on 27/09/2022 and even on 20/10/2022 I haven't received the quote. Chantelle ( Store manager) is not taking my matter seriously, I had to shout at her and she decided to call repair centre... Never buy a phone at this store coz you will struggle to have it repaired... Rating should be -5

Bought a dixion bar speaker that just stopped working over a month and when I returned it they said they going to book it for repairs which should take over 21 days now it's been more than that and I have never even received any massage regarding mi speaker I went to the store and they where still casual about it as if they doing me a favor

Their WhatsApp and delivery service is useless, I sent a message about the product you want to sell on Sunday they said they will pick it up on Monday on my day off. Monday I sent another message they only reply 30 minutes before shop closes saying they won't be able to collect. Today I sent another message and its been 3 hours with no reply. Useless service
