The queue in this place is unbearable i think they are short staffed. They need to improve their customer service.

Poor service. Audrey has no manners it's almost as if she was raised by wolves. The lines are also too long. Please rectify

The staff is busy but very helpful. It was my first time using their courier service and the lady was quick to answer my questions. Even the one merchandising answered when I asked for help and went to try get me help

Visited during loadshedding and there was na alternative measures in place. Staff was grumpy. Shop had a cluttered feeling. Different from other PEP stores.

This is a great place for easy shopping for kids stuff

They have a great customer service. They treat customers as friends and family. I appreciate their service 💖 that is why I am giving it a 5 star.

It's fine, you feel welcomed, their cashiers are good when communicating with them they show smile on their face.

I just came to collect my paxi today, before i could even finish saying "i came to collect".....i was screamed at by 1 old woman who wears grasses and she told me she was busy so I should come later, (mind you, i dont even stay around) while I was trying to negotiate with her another dark woman stepped in to tell her colleague that she shouldn't help me as she was buy scanning the parcels. ( I assume they just arrived) this 2 women need therapy and customer care training. Welhemina & Audrey their names. I'm so disappointed. The attitude was not necessary.

Used pexi courier, i was really happy to get my items delivered safely in due time.

Staff is friendly but home section has been lacking in stock with many empty and untidy shelves.

Pep is my new favorite shop. I buy tissue oil and other cosmetics which are reasonable priced

Not too bad, but they can really look at more close for little ones. Almost nothing for the little ones.

The service is very poor when it comes to cashiers, I don't know whether it is because they are understaffed or not but on many instances you find one or two cashiers working the tills(Very slowly) while others are empty. Having to wait an hour in a line when its not even busy is very unpleasant.

The Google page says that the business hours were updated by the business 2 days ago, yet when I arrived at the store at 2 on a Saturday (according to the times the store closes at 4) the woman at the door refused to even speak to me at first when I tried to explain my situation. I then tried calling the store and then again I was greeted by a rude employee. Please update your business times. I drove through from Centurion only to be treated poorly because I was given the wrong information, by the business itself.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!!! Everytime, it doesn’t matter when! Especially if you go for your PAXI parcel collection. They make it seem like it’s charity!!😑🙄 Might as well close down because it’s useless

HATFIELD PEP : Very poor services from shop attendants( two ladies), I just phoned them today asking about their closing time and told them on their website it was still on shop open and they shouted at me as if I help them update their website! Disgusting!!!
