Absolutely shocking! Employees are rude and unhelpful. Customers are needed to keep a business running, if they continue such behavior they will loose Customers and revenue. Wake up Pick n Pay. One star for having stock.

Good place for a quick shop. But have recently found that I am not alway able to get everything on my list when shopping here.

You never worry about the queue. The most fresh meat is sold there. I love it from the food to strong drinks. You always feel home with their staff. Please keep it up. In some shops people think I am impatient but I have realised that you contributed so much on this spoiled brat tendencies. You can teach many shops on customer care.

It's a very big and very good place to buy everything related to grocery. It is one of the best (Pick n Pay) in Brits. It has all kinds of grocery items with reasonable prices. It is surrounded by small kinds of shops. But very neat and clean place.

One of the nice places to come and do your shopping besides that a good parking space is available and ATMs are also available at this place

After a long day at work, you have to stand in qeues waiting ... waiting and waiting! As end of the month they only have a handful of Cashiers, rest of the month even less. I would rather drive further than to wait like this. I am not keen of the service.

Shopping there was OK! The only thing that they CAN do is to put prices on the Eskimo icepop's fridge. I wanted to buy but NO price!😡

I have a problem with the 10 items line only. One day they will help you but other times they don't if you have let's say only 12 items. They send you to stand in the long lines and then it is the end of the month.

It is the forth time now that we have to wait for long in the que because someone is doing banking, they wait for 10 mins do eventually get a supervisor. After 30 Mins I left all my groceries and just left out of frustration. Either sell groceries or become a bank. a money Kiosk will work, don't loose customers because some one wants to withdraw R500. Just my 2 cents

long slow lines ,,, 😱 20 tills 7 opened... no merchandisers to ask on floors, rude lazy ladies at the deli section...

Not satisfied at all, i have never experienced this .I just bought 2 boxes of chicken the one Box of chicken was rotten and stinks and the other 1 was frozen solid. I bought it to make dinner but as soon as I got home and opened the packages this was what I saw I'm very disgusted And not happy at all with pick n pay BRITS!!

Orderly, generally clean. Great fresh produce range. Bakery's freshly baked products are truly a delight
