Best value for money. I live in Pretoria west and will drive all the way to them rather than the vets we have around. I have not had any issues in getting my pets the help they need. They are affordable and provide excellent service

If google allowed more stars i would give you infinite. i took my puppies for their 3rd injection, after an hour or so at home 1 puppy started getting an very bad allergic reaction. the little one was didn’t know what to do scratching and dragging his head on the floor, i phoned the afterhours number and the Dr was more than willing to help, he told me he is actually going out with friends but he insisted i bring the puppy to the clinic for an anti allergic injection, now i know why i read comments that people from JHB and PTA would rather drive all the way to your clinic than their own local clinic. I will never use another clinic for my fur babies again. Motsumi animal clinic is the Best.

Dr Hennie was a star! Everyone was so helpful and kind to my sweet girl. She was so cared for and all the staff was so kind and really helped us both be at ease. Great advice and nice environment!

Motsumi just saved my 3rd Boerboel from Tick bite fever. I've been a client since I was 15 years old, and I'm turning 47 this year. Apart for the fact that they really care about animals and give absolutely exceptional, loving and unsurpassable care to the animals, they are one of the few vets that are NOT trying to rip off desperate fur baby mommies and daddies. Griffon was in hospital with them for 2 weeks, for the same amount that it would have cost me for only initial treatment in the Lanseria/ Broederstroom area, excluding hospitalisation. A special shout out to Annelize, who phoned me daily to keep me updated, really bonded with my baby and even sent me videos of how he was doing. This is above and beyond! Dr Kobus and team, you have every right to be very proud of yourselves and your accomplishments and work in our community.

Could improve on their reception manners / friendlyness. A smile goes a long way. We did not receive any treatment updates or info nor feedback (customer/ owner aftercare) on animals after surgery but in general the vet. service on animals are good.

Professional service and took care of our dogs as if they were their own. Our dogs were poisoned and they assisted us after hours. They are at home recovering and without their services we might not have had them today. Well done to the team.

My cat started struggling to breathe, I called the office, got the emeegency number and Dr Johan met us at the office at 8:30pm. Although there was nothing that could be done for my cat, he treated him with compassion and love and helped him pass comfortably. He was very sympathetic towards me for the loss. I highly recommend Motsumi!

WORST ever. The vet was not only unfriendly but kept telling me how my puppy will die. Administered all sorts of injections and sent us home. No explanations. Terrible service and he clearly does not care about animals. Never ever again, am shorcked that this place still operates with vets like this🙄🙄. Gives no hope at All rather go to HAWS.

The best veterinary clinic in the North West. Dedicated staff, and the vet is excellent at his profession, one of the most experienced vets around. Their fees are very reasonable. Definitely a 5 star veterinary practice

Caring and friendly service. I had to have our puppy Jack Russell, Milo, euthanized,because of birth defect. They treated me with simpathy and Milo with respect.God bless you
