Ohh my... This is the worst service I have ever gotten in my life... Please do NOT go with Telkom, almost any other isp is better than them. NO customer support. Nobody knows what they are doing or what they should do, never mind that there are no constant service. On a 100 mbps line I get 200kb, if I get the actual speed that I'm supposed to get, I get ping spikes every second or two. This is by far the worst ISP in the whole of Africa. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!! PLEASE save yourself a lot of drama and go with another ISP. They never give you what you pay for. They always find a way to steal from you. Older people wont understand this and this is where they take advantage. If you are older than 35 or if you don't know much about this, do not believe a word they are saying, they will only try and rip you off.

The service agent/sales person that was helping me was very professional and friendly. He was patient to explain how my new phone works, he was also very patient with my son who was running around the shop. I'm very impressed with the quality of the customer service 👌

Rude staff and none of my account issues could be resolved. Told to call 081180, which the line is cut in my ear every time I call, tried to explain that I don't get assistance from call center that's y I'm in the store where I bought the contract from and still couldn't get help. Staff should be retrained on people skills and trained on how to handle account queries. I have no confidence in this store and unfortunately its the only one for Klerksdorp and Potch.

Staff has a proper no care attitude! Got shouted at by all cashiers after asking about a product, in front of other customers. We left disgusted by the service received. Would give 0/5 stars if it allowed me.

Easy to sign you up on contract - been calling logging faults and have not had LTE service for the last DAY now! how Ridiculous - spare yourself and don't even bother to get LTE contracts with TELKOM - you pay FOR junk that does not work and NO SUPPORT. And please do not bother to reply with a sympathy review - because that review is as fake as your services.

Initial service was bad and rude from gentleman that served us. Got great service from the manager and his friendly ladies going all the way to help us with a sim swop and new modem.

Dont know why i havent decided to make use of the best cost rate per megabyte data packages network before. You get 4 stars from me because you break it even with the rest of the tricksters on the market! There is still hope

Why is the contact number always offline? It's like a scam the number displayed on google is not working. Why?

There is only one or two to assist and you have to stand in a que forever. When you reach the consultant and filled in the necessary forms the system is offline. A week later you visit their shop again only to find that the forms that have been completed by one self and copy of your I.d. which as been made still hasn't been attended to or uploaded on system as promised said. Today I left my contact number so that the person who I dealt with can contact me as she was on lunch has not contacted me as yet. All I can say is that their service is beyond pathetic.

Your phone number is not working, how are we supposed to get hold of you. Must we come to the shop everytime we need to talk to you or even ask question? Please fix that, not all of us having money to come to town every time we are having problems or wanna ask questions

The worst service imaginable. They are unable to solve a problem and then promised to sort it out and call us back. My husband went back three times and still they could not resolve the issue. We ended up going to the branch in Somerset Mall where the issue was resolved by Conroy. Telkom please train your staff in Potchefstroom’s branch. They are useless.

Wow... i have never been more satisfied with the standard of service recieved from a service provider. Kele at telkom is a superstar when it comes to service and communication. Well done and thank you for making the experience swift and easy. KEEP IT UP.
