I have just left Hair Inc almost in tears. I had an appointment booked with Scott for cut wash and blow-dry. He asked what I wanted to do with my hair and I explained I was trying to grow it but would like it cut into a shape. He was so rude and nasty and made me feel like an absolute idiot. If you want to be made to feel worthless go there otherwise stay away..

Emma transformed my hair today into the most perfect creamy blonde! She’s an artist and the best colourist I have used.

I went yesterday for cut and colour emma the colourist is amazing at what she does she recommend what colour to go I wasn't sure as it was out of my comfort zone but boy am I glad I went for it same with the cut . I was there all afternoon but made to feel welcome and offered tea coffee on a regular basis. Scott the owner is such a nice man hair inc is now my hairdressers . Again thankyou Emma xx

Had the most amazing experience at this salon. My stylist Jamie was so welcoming and friendly he explained what colours would suit me and how we can tone my blonde hair to a lovely white blonde! I’ve been coming to Hair Inc for 5 years and I can’t recommend them more! Emma Kortas is a magician with my colour, I’ve struggled for years previously to find someone to get my blondes perfect and she’s just the best. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, and Scott cuts my kids hair and does such a great job, especially with my 2 yr old. Highly recommend!

Today I’ve got done 4 piercings, 1 including nose, 1 including cartilage and 2 including lobe. Pinky was my piercer and honestly I am so happy with her! She is very professional and shared a lot of knowledge pre piercing, to my ear type and nose type to the after care. She has such an welcoming and fun personality also which comforted me so much more as I was nervous at first. My experience was excellent thank you again!

TLDR; Not only a waste of money, but to recover your haircut to get it done again will take a while Sent my cousin here, they were late for her appt, and from her words: - Explained multiple times to not cut hair too short, and showed desired length, still cut a whole 2 inches shorter than desired, and was not even on both sides. Layers were choppy. - hair dye was very brassy ^the above experience hurt her a lot, at the beginning it seemed like the stylist was listening but it was all an act, throughout the service she was so nonchalant and constantly chatting with her coworkers.
