Reliable, rapid and contactless, so no app or membership required. Rock up, plug in, tap your debit card to start a charge and you’re good. Much better to seek out InstaVolt charging stations on longer journeys; yes you might pay a pence per Kw more, but you won’t have to hang about waiting for a charger to become available as is often the case at Motorway Service Stations. If only other companies in the EV charging business were as great.

I've tried EV chargers all over North Norfolk and InstaVolt is, hands down, the very best. The 50 kW chargers are reliable, tidy and faultless in their payment systems. They're often located near something interesting to do / eat / drink while you're waiting, and this one is no exception with the nice Starbucks right there (ok, I know it's a Starbucks, but the wifi's good ... ). Good on you, InstaVolt. I wish there were more of you around.

Excellent chargers. 2 rapid 50kw chargers that worked first time. I used the Instavolt app which was easy but you can also just tap and pay if you want.

So simple to use! Arrived here after 40 minutes trying (with phone support) unsuccessfully to make a GeniePoint system work. Simplicity of use makes InstaVolt an absolute first choice and GeniePoint as a NEVER option after multiple failures.

Exactly how charging on the go should be. Turn up, plug in, tap and charging within a minute. Only thing missing is a canopy to keep the rain off.

Ended up needing to call Instavolt customer services. Spoke to Emma who was amazing as was Raaz or Naaz? This evening. Kings Lynn 2 about 7pm. They answered and helped me quickly. That's all I needed. Thank you. I'm not a fan of this ev nonsense to charging stations need to have their customer services on point and 247. Ta.

Only owned an EV for a month but have been relying on public chargers completely as I'm waiting for my home charger to be installed so I’ve used many public chargers in this time. Luckily there is an InstaVolt one in very close proximity to my house. InstaVolt are by far the best fast charging service I’ve used. First couple of times I paid direct at the charger quickly and easily with contactless payment, since then I’ve been using the app as it shows real time charge data which is helpful and accurate. I had one issue once in which the charger needed resetting - when I phoned the helpline I was expecting to be on hold; but I was pleasantly surprised that the call was answered immediately and problem resolved equally as fast. All in all, I’m very impressed with the chargers, the ease of use, the app and customer service too

Convenient and quick, one of the only fast chargers in the area without travelling miles. Not 5 stars because there’s only 2 chargers and they are more often than not full and I have to wait to charge (not yet got a home charger installed)
