I suffer from chronic sinusitis and salt therapy is well known for its curative properties in respiratory conditions. When a friend of mine told me about a salt cave in London, I was curious because the salt caves I know are dug deep down in the mountains, not in the middle of the city! I bought three sessions on groupon last year in July, to check it out, and after the first session I bought a 10 pack, then a 20 pack, and so on...The Saltcave in Earlsfield has two rooms that look like a salt beach, one for adults, with relaxing music and comfy chairs and one for children, with toys and a telly. I find going there incredibly relaxing and soothing; breathing that salty air feels so good! I can't say I'm cured yet, but my headaches are fewer and I haven't had an acute episode in quite a while. I'm certain in time it'll get better and better. Also, they offer good deals on session packs so I can't recommend it enough!

I have been suffering from breathing problems for few years now and tried to look for a natural therapy. So I decided to try The Salt Cave in Earlsfield. After the first session I could feel the difference, especially at night after the session. I didn’t feel breathless and it felt as if my chest had opened wide. Few sessions later I feel so much better, lighter, and don’t feel breathless. I would definitely recommend The Salt Cave in Earlsfield to anyone. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The room is small but cosy, with comfy loungers and blankets. You can fit an hour in your lunch break :-). It is a great time to relax, read a book etc. while breathing in the salt infused air. I found it very relaxing but most of all beneficial. If you are looking for a natural therapy The Salt Cave in Earlsfield is the place to go. They also offer good value packages and various offers one can take advantage of. I would definitely recommend it. A must try!

I have been coming here for a little while now and the results are amazing. My sinuses completely cleared up and I didn't even catch a cold this winter! Also as a side effect...it really is beneficial for my skin! I also like the calmness of the cave and how relaxing it is. You can read, listen to music while the salty air does it job. Highly recommended...This place have become a regular part of my self-care routine.

I attended a session here as part of a bargain value Groupon deal of 3 sessions for £30. I wanted to try it due to severe asthma. After 1 session, I could breathe deeper than before. It was a relaxing experience and I'm looking forward to the other sessions. UPDATE- I bought a package of sessions and have been going once a week. My breathing has improved, I rarely cough, and I think the caves have made a big difference.

I came here with my partner who suffers with severe asthma. Medicines do not work for her and she had bad reactions to steroid treatment. As our last resort we tried the salt cave and it has already helped massively. Even i, with healthy lungs, was coughing up mucus by the end. Can not recommend this highly enough if you suffer with respiratory related illnesses.

I was visiting London from the States and my asthma suddenly got really bad and I was headed to the hospital for treatment when my wife stumbled upon The Salt Cave and I had heard of salt helping asthma but I had never tried it but I was desperate and so I booked an appointment and after only one session I could breathe easier and less coughing all night. After being up for 2 nights in a row not sleeping and barely breathing. After 5 sessions I wasn’t even wheezing anymore and no more coughing! I couldn’t believe it! How could salt do this but it’s breaking up all the mucus and one day I coughed up so much stuff all day but it came up so easily with a gentle cough and it all came out and I just finished my last (10th session) and I feel amazing and sleep like a baby and no music left and I never use my inhaler. I have to find a salt cave in the states because I’d much rather do this with a flare up of my asthma than go to the hospital or get drugs from my doctor. But maybe I won’t have anymore flare ups ever again! Thanks also to the amazing staff especially Angela who was always welcoming and friendly and helpful with many questions and with booking my sessions. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have returned to the SaltCave after a few years break because I find that it clears my sinuses, I breathe more easily & I feel like I am in a healthy environment. On top of that it is some super relaxing time out which is beneficial in and of itself. What a privilege to have it do close by!

Great place to heal your upper respiratory health problems and asthma. Staff very helpful and polite. Highly recommended to anyone including small children. The kids room equipped with the toys and my grandson and my daughter loved it.

I had a great experience. Friendly and educated staff. I felt that the salt cave helped me to clear out my nose and my sinuses. I felt relaxed. I was satisfied and have already booked in my second session.

I am an old customer of salt cave. At first I was pleased. Lately, the 2 young women no longer put salt to become like a fog. Many times I'm alone and in this case, probably, they don't bother anymore. So they don't come when they're on shift. I only come when Adrien is on shift.
