    Fantastic. After a complete online order fiasco taking a week for an item to arrive. I popped into the store and explained the situation. Phil took complete ownership, made a call and had the item cancelled, reordered and then delivered to the store the very next day. Thank you Phil and all the staff at Uckfield.

    Great team at Uckfield, always quick with click and collect orders. They always seem to have slightly more niche items in stock so they can really help getting you out of trouble. The travel mug I got for this review is good as well!

    Excellent staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service from Connor and Megan. I would very much like to see their names mentioned on here some more. Can't praise the guys high enough. Great store.

    Very helpful, Jamie who I think was the manager was great talked me through different options when they didn't have what I wanted in stock. Highly recommend!

    Brilliant service. Relied on them throughout the ‘shut down’ to help supply materials to sort out a refurb that was ‘ripped out’ just before lock down. Can’t fault them. Friendly, supportive, took care to maintain distance. What more can I say!!
