I have been in there twice in the last two weeks and both times was served by Natalia. She was very welcoming, polite and helpful. They have a great range of jewellery. I brought some pre owned sterling silver jewellery and my mum brought some new gold earrings. Everything is on display clearly and the store is bright clean and well laid out

Following an awful experience at the other jewellers,my faith in humanity was restored when I went to Harrow branch.I was assisted by Sean and Natalia.I wish more customer service staff were as professional as both of them.It’s very rare to find people in customer service who are so polite,mega helpful and genuine.
