I visited the store on 22/09/21 for a collection for a toilet seat. There was an issue with the item and they did not have any others in stock. I did not have time to collect another day as I mentioned I work in a hospital and it is difficult to predict my working hours. The staff member helped me out by offering alternatives and went out of her way to issue a resolution. I could not have asked for more and feel like I received excellent customer service. The receipt does not show her name but my invoice number is AR231931945. Thank you to that member of staff :)

Staff are Always friendly. Fair prices and quick service. Brought a smart thermostat that I then didn't install for a year. The unit was dead when u came around to install it. Even though it was out of warranty screwfix was able to swap it out and they credited me with the difference as the price now had dropped. Fabulous effort.

Needed a waste pipe connector last minute and googled the closest place. Screwfix came up with three different ones near me. I checked the closet one to me to see if they had what I needed and it showed the part was in stock. Headed over to the location which was literally 10 minutes away. Ample parking on site and once I paid for what I wanted the item was brought out within minutes. Excellent customer service and very efficient service. I’ve since gone back numerous times for decorating bits and have also picked up a vacuum which was on offer. Fantastic service, highly recommended.

I arrived at the store shortly before closing, a young gentleman attendant did his best to help me but a lady who could have been the supervisor, came from the back of the store and asked me if I knew the codes for the item I was inquiring about, and promptly said to me its closing time come back another time. How is that for service to a black man trying to secure a much needed item to repair his bedroom.

Not enough staff. Queues too long. Had a text to say item I ordered on the web was ready but they couldn't find it anywhere - several staff arguing about what went wrong. Ended up refunding it and ordering another one for collection in another 2 days! Good job I wasn't too urgent for the item!!

Very friendly staff here, always helpful. A lot of choice! Dan was especially helpful when I couldn’t choose which door handles I wanted, it was no bother to him to go and get all five choices so I could see in person. Brilliant, thank you!
