Noisy and overpriced place with horrible customer service. Unfortunately for you, I will never stay with you because I had a bad experience with you and your poor customer service and attitude made me sick to recommend that place to anybody or to even consider to come back. You have no idea how to talk and deal with good people. You encouraged all the trouble makers and noisy people to stay there. It’s a disgrace for the accommodation industry to have Katie Nevins in charge of the place.

The team is always ready to help, and they always respond to questions and requests. I recently had an issue with a shower in my room, and Jamie, who does maintenance, checked it, replaced the faulty part and ensured everything was clean and tidy after he left. Highly recommend this team!

Katie and all of the staff here are so so friendly nothing is too much trouble. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while working at Warner brothers on a contract. The rooms are lovely and as a woman living alone I have felt very safe. I hope to return again next year for a short stay. Thank you so much Katie you’re amazing 😃😃😃

The environment was very clean, ventilated and constantly smelled pleasant. Location has easy access to Walford Junction train station and Watford high street

Nice room upstairs, Aircon not working down stairs so was very not.

Excellent service from Katie and her team. Always ready to help. They make you feel so at home and attend to your questions and queries. Top quality serviced apartments. 5 minutes walk to Watford junction and your in Euston in 20 minutes if you catch the fast train.

Amazing Studios! I have been staying here for 8 months now. Very professional staff; Katie, Malcolm and Agata are very friendly, they have made my stay very comfortable and are very welcoming. They were quick to respond, reliable and clean! I have no complaints. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and a short 5 min walk to the train/bus station.Thank you 5 stars from me. Staff is responsive in case of emergencies. The premium studio room we stayed was big. The kitchen has no windows, which is the only sad part. Cooking in the kitchen leaves food smell on your clothes due to.lack of windows, hence no ventilation, which is so frustrating. The good part is it is located in a central place.

Clean and hygiene and very close to city centre and shopping centre yards away, got owen parking and very friendly staff plus in ground floor nice and cosy bar with variety of brunch and dinner.

Excellent place to stay where Katie and her team looks after all residents and to make sure the place is cleaned every day with nice perfume on each floor. Had the best stay in my 18 months contract and I'm going to miss friendly environment as well as the people who live around. Great location for main Watford junction station, and town centre!!!

Have loved living here. Very supportive management, any issues that might arise sorted asap. Good quality living standards. Great environment, the other tenants are mainly professionals like myself, most importantly I have felt safe and secure living here!
