I had the pleasure of visiting Venchi Gelato on Kings Road, and I can't recommend it enough! This place deserves a solid 5-star rating. The gelato is absolutely divine, with a wide range of flavors that cater to every palate. The ambiance is charming, making it a perfect spot to indulge in a sweet treat. The staff is friendly and helpful, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Venchi Gelato for a delightful and memorable dessert experience.

Portions much smaller than Venchi Covent Garden for exact same price. Even the taste is more bland with ice particles. Chelsea store seems to be run by Indian vendors who cannot even pronounce the products. Cremino (like Nutella) and Nougatine are overly heavy chocolate sweet. Ice cream made upstairs with ingredients imported from Italy. Venchi is a chocolatier and only started producing ice cream in recent years based on their chocolates and traditional flavours.

Went there tonight after a while. The staff are super helpful, the service was excellent. The ice cream and gelatoshake was amazing. Venchi had a good variety of chocolates too. The shop display is pretty. Super pleased overall.

Vinchi Kings Road, for the last 5 years, they constantly keep the same best quality of ice cream chocolate and coffee, they always happy to serve with a smile whenever you'll be there. I'll definitely keep coming here to enjoy the coffee and the treat

Ice-cream and chocolate heaven! This is by far my favourite place for gelato in London. This gelato parlour is far superior to any others in my opinion. We came up to London for my birthday and went out of our way to visit. I had the dark chocolate sorbet (divine!) and mango sorbet and my husband had strawberry and vanilla ice-cream – all 4 flavours were great. Portion sizes are perfect and it really is a superior gelato. We sat inside. There aren’t many tables but we have always got a table and it feels like you are in a plush but light and bright place. In summer it’s lovely to sit outside. I’ve never bought chocolate here before but over-heard a customer discussing it with a member of staff so had a look and as it was my birthday we bought a bar. I don’t like things too sweet so bought a bar of 100% Cocoa South American. £6.50 a bar which sounds expensive but the chocolate is rich and satisfying you just wouldn’t eat the same amount you would say from a normal chocolate bar. Staff were knowledgeable too about the types of chocolate.

One of my Favourite & Best Ice Cream spot in Chelsea, London. Friendly Staffs, I usually go there 3-4 times in a week with family & friends. We all enjoy on our every visit. "Strongly & Highly Recommend" If Ice Cream is your favourite, pay visit.... :)

What a fantastic experience! We came in late night and got the most wonderful service from the absolutely lovely Estela- she gave us a full tour of all the delicious chocolates and really helped guide us on what to buy. We left with an array of chocolates, a scrumptious hot chocolate and the most delectable pistachio and hazelnut icecream. All the items were mouthwateringly good but the helpful and friendly service here just made it an all around amazing experience! Excited to come back soon xx

My first visit to this store was in Milan, it was a nice experience. However, today I visited London’s branch it was marvellous. We had banana split, Lemon & Mango cone I highly recommend! Thank you for the lovely experience.

It’s a shame that I can not leave zero star. Very rude staff. One of the staff started shouting at me, and when I asked for the manager, she was proudly announced herself as the assistant manager. The manager was on leave on Saturday. Well, what can be expected more from a business with no manager. In response to Venchi: Dear Mark, thank you for the response and I truly appreciate the effort contacting me. But I rather leaving my response here, for the sake of reviews being seen, than a private email that perhaps ends up to be a complain email and an apology response. With a less than 2 minutes skim through previous comments, I could see similar problems to mine have happened before. To explain more in details, I have paid for an ice cream using my card but the transaction didn’t go through, either being cancelled by the staff or the EFTPOS machine not working. But it is the customer’s right to ask for the receipt of cancelled transaction, rather than being shouted at and stating “I have cancelled the transaction”. It is important for a manager or assistant manager to respect the customer’s right if the customer service is important for Venchi. I couldn’t try your delicious ice cream, maybe I get the chance next time that I am in London. I just hope that Venchi acts accordingly to make sure that it never happens again.

Loved it!! Gelato heaven with the choice for each taste which is particularly great for hazelnut lovers as there are around 4 variations of it. The quality of the ingredients is superb as well. The texture is a bit chewy which is not my favorite but that’s just a personal preference. The staff is SUPER nice as well :)

Aneta, the store manager was rather rude ushering us to the till, when we were already there. She also made a mistake in our order, we ordered mango and she gave us vanilla. I hope this was not because we are foreigners. It seems that her attitude with the people in front of us was much better than us. I believe that all customers regardless of race should be treated equally.

It was delicious gelato and chocolate ever tried. I am here first time and Rana offered me the best service. He gave an example of a great customer service. I am so great. Venchi has high standard to hire people and it proved it. I From am Cambridge I want this to our town. I would love to visit this place again and again. Thank you.

We visited the shop with a large group, and one of the workers was training. He did a wonderful job attending to us and followed my partner and I through our entire transaction so that our orders were accurate. He stayed calm even when faced with a line, was knowledgeable, and pleasant. Thank you for your service!
