It’s
a
shame
that
I
can
not
leave
zero
star.
Very
rude
staff.
One
of
the
staff
started
shouting
at
me,
and
when
I
asked
for
the
manager,
she
was
proudly
announced
herself
as
the
assistant
manager.
The
manager
was
on
leave
on
Saturday.
Well,
what
can
be
expected
more
from
a
business
with
no
manager.
In
response
to
Venchi:
Dear
Mark,
thank
you
for
the
response
and
I
truly
appreciate
the
effort
contacting
me.
But
I
rather
leaving
my
response
here,
for
the
sake
of
reviews
being
seen,
than
a
private
email
that
perhaps
ends
up
to
be
a
complain
email
and
an
apology
response.
With
a
less
than
2
minutes
skim
through
previous
comments,
I
could
see
similar
problems
to
mine
have
happened
before.
To
explain
more
in
details,
I
have
paid
for
an
ice
cream
using
my
card
but
the
transaction
didn’t
go
through,
either
being
cancelled
by
the
staff
or
the
EFTPOS
machine
not
working.
But
it
is
the
customer’s
right
to
ask
for
the
receipt
of
cancelled
transaction,
rather
than
being
shouted
at
and
stating
“I
have
cancelled
the
transaction”.
It
is
important
for
a
manager
or
assistant
manager
to
respect
the
customer’s
right
if
the
customer
service
is
important
for
Venchi.
I
couldn’t
try
your
delicious
ice
cream,
maybe
I
get
the
chance
next
time
that
I
am
in
London.
I
just
hope
that
Venchi
acts
accordingly
to
make
sure
that
it
never
happens
again.
