    Adam White designed a programme for me that completely transformed my image and confidence. His constant refinement of the programme and attention to detail had me looking in the best shape of my life. I have done a lot of training in my lifetime but nothing comes close to what Adam was able to do for me in just 8 weeks. Training aside, Adam has fantastic knowledge on nutrition and diet in which I took very seriously. Yes I did have a drink from time to time and the cheeky burger but we always adjusted the training and diet to make up for any slip ups. I keep Adam as part of my support network and attend sessions either in person or over video on a weekly basis 3-4 times a week. What ever fitness goal I aspire to he always comes up with a plan that fits. I also recommend him to all my clients.

    I can highly recommend Adam. As a pt, Adam tailors the sessions to what the client needs and wants. He is constantly very attentive to the posture, making sure that we do the exercises correctly. He knows how to push one out of the comfort zone, yet makes the sessions fun and it goes by super fast. For anyone wanting serious results, train with Adam. He'll train you hard, but it will be worth it.

    Adam has been of great help to me over the past few months, particularly with increasing my strength and making big improvements to my posture, which had suffered as a result of my desk job. The sessions are fun and Adam is attentive and ever ready to offer encouragement and advice on technique. The gym is well equipped and in an excellent location. Thank you, Adam. I look forward to more training in the months ahead!

    My partner and I have been training with Adam for the best part of a year and we are both delighted with the training and the results that were seeing. Sessions are always tailored to our needs, challenging and actually quite a lot of fun as Adam is very personable and friendly. Highly recommended!

    Adam is an amazing personal trainer. He is very professional and knows a great deal about how to push yourself to get the results you want. He adapts his training to each client and keeps track of it so you know you’re always growing.

    My other half has been going to Adam for a year now. He has very specialised knowledge of injuries and as my OH has an injured back, he needs help to be the muscular creature I wish him to be. I'm so glad that Adam's kept my OH in shape so that he can keep up with me and all the activities we do ;)

    Adam, is a personable and very professional trainer. Providing a bespoke training regime, while taking into consideration any health impediments. A very attentive trainer with lots of support and encouragement. He has an expansive knowledge base of physical and positive mental health to aid in achieving health goals. I would definitely recommend choosing Adam PT services.

    I had the pleasure of working with Adam for the past 6 months. From the first session, they made it clear that their goal was to help me reach my fitness goals while ensuring that I remained safe and injury-free. It is easy to have an honest conversation with him and he will give realistic feedback. What stood out to me the most was their ability to create personalized workouts that were challenging yet achievable. They listened to my concerns and adjusted the workouts accordingly, making sure that I was making progress while also feeling comfortable with the exercises. Not only was my personal trainer professional and supportive, but they were also incredibly motivating and acknowledged and celebrated my progress. Their positivity and energy and sense of humour has made me look forward to each workout and allowed me to leave feeling accomplished and proud. Overall, working with Adam has been a fantastic experience. They helped me to improve my fitness level, provided valuable advice on proper nutrition, and were a constant source of support and motivation. If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your progress and will do everything possible to help you achieve your goals, I would highly recommend Adam.

    Adam's a great PT and all round life coach with good advice and stories. He was very quick to identify my weak spots and we're now working on them to improve overall strength and fitness level. The gym is brand new, recently refurbed and a great space to get active. Highly recommended!

    Adam is great trainer. For the first training session, he asked my personal goals and checked my physical ability in general. It helped me to understand about myself regarding my weaknesses and strengths. Since I started to train with him, I could notice that I managed to achieve extra counts and it felt great. Strongly recommend Adam!

    Best personal trainer ever! I have been training with Adam for the past 5 months and he always makes working out fun (I love it). He is very knowledgeable about training and thoughtful. He has a good variety of exercises and always makes sure each exercise works well for me and goes though them with me. Adam is a very nice, motivating and knowledgeable trainer, I highly recommend him!

    Working with Adam for the last 6 months, Head Coach at AWPTS, has been an absolute game-changer for me! He has exceeded all of my expectations and has helped me to achieve goals that I never thought were possible. Not only is Adam incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he is also incredibly supportive and encouraging. He has helped me to push myself to new limits and has provided me with personalized workouts and nutrition plans that have been tailored specifically to my needs and goals.     I haven't normally engaged personal trainers over the years as part of my fitness and sports regime, however Adam's approach to training is so convincing and enjoyable that I have seen several times. The gym facilities that Adam provides are safe, very accessible and good quality. Adam pairs his knowledge in this setting with innovative outdoor training and callisthenics methods which has kept things fresh and interesting during the pandemic. I appreciate that Adam works hard and tries new things to give his clients a physical edge. He is also an honest and very entertaining guy so I would highly recommend.

    I was a resident of Romney House and trained with Adam over the last year. When I started with Adam I was out of shape and overweight. I weighed 107.04 kg and I currently weigh 83.00 kg - a loss of 24.04 kg! I feel healthy and in shape. My success is a direct result of the in-depth knowledge and dedication of Adam. He is focused on the success of each client and adapts the training to meet your goals within your physical abilities. When I started with Adam, I had a knee issue that was limiting my ability to engage in exercise. I had gone to several physiotherapists without success. They were proposing surgery which I did not wish to pursue and sought alternate solutions. Working with Adam, he developed a program which has enabled me to be pain free and fully participate in training and daily living. I have worked with several trainers over the years and I can attest he is the best trainer I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Adam to anyone seeking a professional dedicated to obtaining client results.

    Adam is a great coach, he has unwavering dedication and attentive to the areas you want to improve, he puts in a great deal of attention to help you achieve your goals. Not many people i come across have an attitude that involves a strong persuit towards you're own growth. He has gathered allot of knowledge over the years and is generous in sharing and highlighting areas of improvement that he notices could be holding you back. Always has a smile and aproaches life with positivity in becoming the absolute best version of yourself possible. You show desire to improve his dedication will take you there.     Adam is a great trainer as he puts together workout routines that meet my fitness needs perfectly. In particular, his training has helped with bettering my posture and strengthening my lower back. He has a great depth of knowledge on health and fitness and so I would highly recommend him if you are looking to get back into shape.

    Adam is super knowledgeable and tailors workouts to your goals and body. He is high energy and motivating!!! The gym is equipped with everything you would need! Before I met Adam I would just go on the treadmill for 40 mins and he has shown me how to use machines and weights properly for strength and conditioning. Would recommend!

    Adam is an excellent trainer who cares about the patients sincerely. He listens carefully to my health condition and makes proposals according to them. In the first meeting for the consult, I talked about my rounded shoulder, and during the sessions, he managed to help me to have proper posture while pushing me to exercise. Moreover, he not only teaches me the correct position but also lets me understand the goal and reasons for each exercise. My body condition improved a lot, and I am very satisfied with his service. I am willing to attend his training as long as possible.

    Adam and I have been training for a number of years and I can genuinely say I have an fantastic trainer but also a life long friend! Through his agile and flexible approach to training, he has helped me maintain and navigate my fitness goals throughout university and the beginning of my working career. He continuously adapts and implements new techniques and theories into our training programme, and we always discuss and experiment new approaches to training. Adam is knowledgeable and professional in the way we train, but we always have good laugh. The gym is well equipped and has everything one would need to achieve their health and fitness goals.

    My journey with Adam has begun 6 months ago and it's been fantastic. Adam has been brilliant in working with my specifics needs. He has build a bespoke workout for me and has teached me the right way to do the exercises.     I've trained with Adam a number of times and go to his gym regularly as I live in the block. Nice to have the gym owner always on site. Very approachable and helpful. The personal training sessions I've had, have been fantastic. He has a more holistic approach which concentrates on health and fitness and not just on building muscle. He is very knowledgable and experienced and great company. The gym is always clean, well-maintained and a safe environment to train in.Planning further sessions soon.
