My wife stayed here this week and can confirm what is written in many of the other reviews: the food is poor and the staff are extremely unfriendly. The rooms around the restaurant are very noisy. The breakfast dining room has no windows. The view of the vineyard is very nice, it must be said.

We had really nice stay till our checkout - the behaviour and the transparency of the communication on the reception does not meet the standards of 3* hotel. Checkout is till 10:00 am, we came late as the breakfast is till 10:00 am as well and were automatically charged an extra fee, which is nowhere communicated!!! So be aware of any hidden “surprises”. One additional sentence during the checkin or in the hotel guide could keep the unpleasant moment off.

Chaos, is probably the best description here. Either this place was too busy or is disorganized or both, but the service was incredibly slow. Or even worse. No, I would not recommend it. Food was OK, but just OK, I never found food in Czech Republic very good and this is not exception. Fairly expensive, too, for what you get. Service was only OK but one young lady was simply rude and behaved as one should in 1980s, not now. I do not believe I saw even one server smile, but again, this is what one should expect in Czech Republic.

I bought a bottle of their Cabernet Moravia in 2015 and drank in 2017. Surprisingly great wine, one of my all time favorites. The food here was really good and staying at the winery was a unique experience. The bed was unacceptably small for any adult.

Well, an impression is always influenced by initial expectations. If you are OK with a large commercial Winery & Tourist holiday resort then you find what you looking for. Profesional service, really nice accommodation premises, romantic surrounding and great wine cellars which looking much older as they actually are :) And for those looking for a good glass of Moravian wine combined with wellness and relax it is definitely the right choice :)

Their wine cellar is amazing, the wine tasting was really nice! We tried 8 wines, it was very interesting. The complex is huge, we stayed in Vyhlidka and our room was very large, it even had a wine fridge. They serve good traditional Czech food. The surroundings are beautiful, wine-yards all around. Would be great to come here during summer to try the outdoor pool :)

There is not really a view from the restaurant, but the food is so good that it doesn't matter. And you can take a nice stroll up a small hill afterwards to enjoy the views. We had a beef cheeks w/ carrot puree and a duck leg w/ dumplings and red sour kraut. I recommend to visit and eat here, if you are in the area.

I'm not a great fan of large commercial holiday resorts this vinery has been turning into. Yet, due to size of the complex you don't find it crowded as the number of visitors spread around. I cannot agree with other reviewers complaining about personnel. During our stay (3 nights) we haven't met anyone impolite, ie. all waiters, receptionists in wellness and fitness centre, receptionists in the main reception and sommelier were friendly, helpfull and nice to talk to. Food from a la carte was excellent! Buffet breakfasts were as expected but rich in selection of food. Our room was in Superior, the last building that was finished a month ago. You could tell it was finished in rush so they could open it this summer season. Yet, we enjoyed our stay much. The resotmrts offers and provides numerous activities for you to choose from.
