I have been there 2 or 3 times in the past 2 years. Every time I gave it another chance, given the good choice of beers. The cashier (the same every time) always gave me a reason to not come back. He welcomed me gesturing like a caveman and laughing at my face, indicating the menu with the same gentleness needed to send someone to flip himself off. Probably he is not conscious that his low level of English and poor expressivity is getting in the way. If you're looking for a good beer and don't care for the service, it might be your place, though

This is a great place! Fun. Trendy. Popular. Casual. We found a dark beer we loved. So many unusual as l beers here.

It's a very common place for people around to go and have a beer here after a long work day. I am not a huge fan of it, but my colleagues are. You can take place in front of it at the street. Nice selection of local beer. Nice stuff. Though nothing really special about it. Located close to city center, but not in the touristic part.

The offer on beers is awesome, and time to time thete are new beers offered. One of my favorites was the Vorkloster Bock 16°

Friendly personnel, more than fine beer, good apetizers. More than one could expect for the last day before COVID restrictions reinstantination.

A great place to hang out with friends and have a beer. The wait staff were extremely helpful when choosing a beer and they spoke good English. They have lots of rotating taps (8) and if you don't recognize any of the beers (as an American, I didn't), just ask the staff for a recommendation. Bring cash! They don't take credit cards but there are a few ATMs nearby if you forget.

This is a must do pub to include on any pub crawl in Brno city centre. A great pub for enjoying a traditional Czech beer drinking experience and atmosphere. There's a wide variety of beers are available including craft beers and traditional pilsner style. Many bottled beers as well as draught.

Perfect punk place. I've been there since beginning. All the time. Except when I wasn't. Check it out. Authentic as f***, great selection of 12 ever changing beers, with a couple snack options available.

The place comes alive during the evening. Rather plain and cold-feeling surroundings during the day when it is quiet, but the people make it. It turns into a really nice, communal hub at night. The beers are high quality and varied and the price is more expensive than most. Visit from 7pm onwards to have a good time.

Best pub in town, without a question! Yeah it isn't fancy looking restaurant, where you can order lobster with spagetti, but it is great! At Ochutnávková pivnice is the best offer of beers in Brno. You can taste about eight beers on the tap, mostly from czech breweries and they are offering some foreign beers too. Every day is new beer on the tap. And don't forget to look in the fridge for cold ones too. They are offering treasures in the bottle! For a quick bite I recommend "tvarůžkový chleba" - bread with aromatic czech cheese and "nakládaný hermelín" - pickled mold cheese (brie style).
