Very
disappointing
experience.
I
don't
get
the
high
ratings
of
other
reviewers.
The
place
is
expensive
for
what
you
get.
I
give
2*
because
of
competitive
restaurants
that
do
much
better
job.
What
we
tried:
Burger
Jalapeno,
Burger
with
pulled
beef,
French
fries,
Onion
rings,
Baconnaise,
Sauce
with
blue
cheese,
Homemade
ginger
lemonade,
Homemade
elderberry
lemonade.
Burger
meat
was
very
average.
Although
I
ordered
medium,
meat
was
bloody
inside.
I
have
a
suspicion
it
was
frozen
instead
of
fresh.
On
the
other
hand,
pulled
beef
was
excellent.
Bun
was
average
in
taste.
It
was
not
toasted
at
all
so
it
got
soggy
from
the
fillings.
As
a
whole,
the
Jalapeno
burger
didn't
taste
good.
Vegetables
were
cold,
meat
was
hot,
bun
was
soggy.
Red
sauce
used
with
the
top
bun
didn't
match
the
ingredients
in
the
burger.
Jalapeno
peppers
were
not
spicy
at
all.
Overall
-
the
ingredients
in
the
burger
do
not
work
well
together.
Pulled
beef
burger
was
much
more
pleasant,
although
the
red
sauce
on
top
kinda
destroyed
the
experience.
Again,
bun
got
soggy
after
a
minute
or
two.
Fries
were
huge
disappointment.
They
were
not
homemade
but
preprocessed
and
bought
in
store.
Although
the
owner
mentioned
in
some
response
to
other
review
that
their
fries
are
very
cautiously
selected
french
fries,
they
fail
tremendously
when
compared
with
bunch
of
other
restaurants
around
Brno.
I
wish
it
was
already
standard
to
prepare
food
from
scratch
-
especially
in
places
that
have
word
"the
best"
in
their
name.
Sauces
were
extremely
small
in
volume.
We
ordered
2
and
were
afraid
that
was
too
much.
It
wasn't.
Onion
rings
were
awesome,
though.
Very
tasty
dough,
fresh
prepared
and
crunchy.
The
highlight
of
the
lunch.
Homemade
lemonades
are
syrup
with
water.
Nothing
special
worth
the
money.
Last
but
not
least,
the
service.
We
were
serviced
by
a
waitress
with
blond
hair.
I
would
say
she
was
annoyed
by
our
very
presence.
When
I
asked
which
burger
is
sold
the
most,
she
responded
"That's
not
possible
to
say.".
Also,
when
you
receive
the
menu,
you
are
asked
whether
you
already
were
in
BBK.
If
negative,
waitresses
will
explain
you
the
structure
of
the
menu.
Duh.
People
are
not
dumb
and
can
read
the
menu.
It
would
be
much
better
if
waitresses
mentioned
their
beef
is
organic
grass-fed
and
local
meat,
or
gave
a
recommendation
straightaway,
or
pointed
you
to
the
specialty
on
their
menu
(e.g.
pulled
beef
burger).
As
for
the
environment,
I
don't
reflect
this
in
my
review
because
it's
up
to
everybody's
taste.
For
me,
the
restaurant
is
cold
and
too
plain.
Lights,
music
and
equipment
makes
you
feel
like
you
were
in
some
hip
fashion
store.
Not
cozy
at
all.
