Once we have asked “why you are pushing us out at 11pm if you have written on the door that you work till 12” waitress told us: “you can go to your Ukraine if you don’t like it”. Seriously? I visited this place for 4 years and even if I am Ukrainian it doesn’t mean I can’t be at your restaurant and require the good service if I pay good money. Very upset after years of visiting😟 just don’t want to visit this place any more. If you are foreigner, be ready for such replies on any issues. Just go to your country and eat there.

if it was possible i would put 0 The restaurant staff is good and service got me + food is very tasty But only one person spoiled my impression of this restaurant by showing disrespect and xenophobia I believe that such people should not work in the service sector at all, therefore 0.0 I leave such an assessment only for the fact that it would be seen by a higher-leading person

while staying a week in Brno, I had the pleasure of having this dining establishment right around the corner. the staff was friendly, the food was great and they had a nice cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat if you are in the area. I don't think you will be disappointed.

This was the best restaurant regarding food quality in Brno for us. We came here three days in a row to try different courses. The food was each time delicious and well balanced.

Tasty dinner ( gulasch soup , enchilada with chicken and chocolate dessert , three draft beers ) . Friendly and efficient staff . Very nice atmosphere. Cosy seating. Pub and restaurant at the same time. Cheap price.

Not recommended to visit with young kids. We came with 1.5 years old kid, who started to cry. Which is normal because he is a kid. In less than 1 minute, waitress came and made us comment in a very unpleasant and aggressive way that we should calm him down. Whole time we felt awfully and not welcomed. Pity that we were hungry and waited already for ordered food. Food was actually good, but it did not matter. My friend who is a mother felt discriminated. I felt awful for recommending this place. If you do not want kids in restaurants, make it adults only. Or count with the fact that kids may cry.

I liked atmosfere, nice desine inside. It's not too loud but comfortable to stay there. Tatarak was very tasty, duck was a bit dry but in general it's a good place with tasty food. I reccomend.

I love this place. Came here regularly before the pandemic on business travel. First time back since and they’re still great. Delicious food, English menus, exceptionally attentive and kind staff. Will be back again next year!

Nice place, good location, good beer, tasty traditional food and attractive prices. Pork knee was great, but spinach "something" that is part of meal is horrible. Waitresses are not very good in English, so we had some communication problems. But overall it's worth visiting.

We entered here, because it was raining heavily and i must say, it was after all great idea. The restaurant Potrefena Husa is in the city center and offer good variety of meals and beverages. All meals we have ordered, were well designed and really delicious. I really appreciated the vegetarian option - beetroot salad with goat cheese, which was exceptional. We enjoyed our late lunch in peaceful atmosphere without rush here. The restaurant is quite large and very modern. The staff was kind and helpful. We recomnend this place.

Dishes are not really taste. I ordered the simple salad with a salmon and it was not good - the odd smell and taste of the salmon same as of the whole salad. Don’t like it at all. Service is good

The rating says it all. Rarely I have dinner in such places (4.1 stars), but unfortunately for me and my family I took the recommendation from the hotel. The food is not bad, but it is of commercial type, the service could be a lot better. Restaurants below 4.5 should be avoided.

Restaurant with a modern setting and chill atmosphere, during quiet times, but can get very lively in the peak hours. The beer list is rather small, but the food is excellent, although a bit pricey - this is to be expected when you're in the city centre. Professional and welcoming staff with smiles all around. Worth visiting!

Horrible service!!!! The food took an hour to arrive, waitress that served our table was not friendly and polite at all! Prices are too high considering service & overall ambience of the place! Would not recommend it at all to visit unless you are ready to get spoilt mood and test your patience while waiting for the food :((( one of the worst experiences in Brno!!!

I like the food in this restaurant and after eating here about 5 times in last 3 weeks the quality is constant. So why 3 stars? It’s the personnel. There are great waiters around here. But couple of them get really annoyed by guest that want or don’t want things or don’t know right away what they want or if they’ll pay with cash or card. It’s not just facial expressions, it’s also what and how they say it. This affects the whole picture unfavorably I’m afraid as we are left with rather negative feeling. A shame really, the food is great. Co nam chutnalo: tatarak, koleno, kachna, polévka, pečený sýr, schnitzel. Vše ok. Jen jednu kachnu jsme poslali jako přesušenou zpět. Pani servírka to ne zcela unesla, psychicky.

always wanted to try this place, all my friends usually liked it and spoke highly of it. But it is just the worst customer service we recieved. Waitresses barking at their guests, so impolite, every question was a problem. They were a bit understaffed and very stressed… why are you taking more customers in? Food was just average - for the prices they charge and don’t forget the charge for a tap water. Haha-pathetic! Tomato sauce on pasta on the kids menu was spicy. We sent it back. Food took 1h to arrive-no apology. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. Never again. I wish we walked out, when the waitress stopped my mum half way through a sentence and said she’s busy. Disgusting behaviour. Shame on you!

Great restaurant in the downtown area of Brno with perfect location and friendly atmosphere. There is a good choice of meals as well as beverages, always well served and enjoyable. We had steak and wine and dessert, everything was delicious.

Good food, great beer. English menu available and some of the staff spoke English. Great location as a tourist. The pigs Knee was crazy, but good!

O wow! The food was pretty amazing. I must say it was best pumpking risotto I have ever had. Lovely grilled vegetables too. Will definitely be back

This was a nice, somewhat modern looking pub/restaurant with some local and international fare. Overall a good mix with an okay beer selection. The food was also excellent and the staff very friendly. They also had good appetizers, but the portion size did not require any.

I always visit this bar/restaurant when I am in Brno. Staff are great, good choice of beer and good menu. I was there on Sunday evening and sadly we were served with the rudest waiter we have ever come across. If you want to damage your reputation people like him are the type you want to employ. My wife eventually threw the menu at him and asked for the manager. His immediate response was the usual "the manager is not here". I had seen the manager earlier and he quickly appeared when he knew there was an issue. The manager is a credit to this business. Genuine and concerned for his customers. He apologised and said he would deal with the situation appropriately, and I am sure he will. He offered us our evening on the house which I would never take. But--he made the gesture and that is important. This is a man who knows what "looking after customers" means. Well done

Good atmosphere. A busy place. On Friday can get overbooked. Fair quality of burgers & tartar beef as seen on the picture. Well worth the money. Staff can get tired ocasionally as it is a busy place. Would recommend.
