They always have beautiful and tasty meals for a very affordable price. Great atmosphere to go with friends.

The food looked good BUT the taste was awful or at least below average. My 10 y/o nephew can prepare food that tastes much better. The service was good but the waiter confused my friend’s dish with a similar one. The atmosphere was good at first and the music is great. However a loud couple came and took a seat next to our table and ruined the whole vibe.

Food and drink is amazing. Friendly staff always accommodates our British language. We tried as much as possible with Google translate as we are especially in their country. We like to mention staff Sabina and Mirka. For excellent hospitality. Always very friendly and professional. Xxxx

Great food and surprisingly reasonable price for restaurant in city center

The place is nice and the service is good. However stay away from their ribs. I just had the most expensive ones in my life here,but they were one of the worst ever. Terribly tough meat with shards of bones throughout the whole portion. Not acceptable.

We just loved everything about it. The food was great, portions were plenty, prices are reasonable, the staff was superkind.

I have really enjoyed the visit with my family. I had low expectations because of the main square but it was the best I had in the whole weekend.

We came here after the dinner and we sat behind the bar. The waitress came after long time and ask us what do we want. As we don't speak czech, she just turned her eyes and walked away. After few minutes another waiter came and bring us a beer. Beer was good and the ambient is nice as well. They are not nice to tourist, but that's something ordinary in Czech. However, we had a good time.

The first time I visited Zlatá loď I was afraid I got caught in a tourist trap - I am very happy to report, that this is not the case! The food is very good, portions are huge, the kitchen works very quickly. The staff speaks English (and the menu in English is also available). I like the design very much - but in the summer I prefer to sit outside, looking at the Square and just enjoying good food. I'm coming back every now and then and always bring a friend for a nice meal.

large brewery type restaurant with several screens showing some sporting events... good stop to "refuel" / rest while sightseeing Brno. People are nice except for this one guy who seems to be a manager or something... Key positives; beer is just super fresh and delicious, I tried only one dish and it was good. Overall good....

It's a cool restaurant/pub in a cool position since is placed in the main square and during the hot season there is also the possibility to seat outside. I ate many times in Zlatá lod' and I've never been upset about food as well as for beers. Maybe is a bit expensive but it's understandable why...

Great place for a beer right in the center of town. I would recommend to try the krusovice Weiss beer, it’s awesome.

We had a really good dinner. Lovely beer, the head cheese was labelled as white pudding, but either way it was absolutely delicious. Pork ribs was slightly dry but the marinade was awesome.
