Tends to be crowded most of the time and long queues. Make sure you have enough time to grab something before your train/bus goes. Otherwise its a decent spot with nice and clean seating area and kind service.

first time at this KFC and was fairly disappointed. long queue while only one counter being open. the lady taking the order did not understand a word in english, even though knowing the menu in english is not a big deal, is it? on top of that, the order was messed up, no napkins, but most importantly i’ve revived some seriously weird pieces of chicken. I mean, i know very well how does a chicken thigh looks like and what kind of bones it’s supposed to have but these were clearly wrong.

One star for being quick. Food is terrible. Cold, chewy, cheese not melted. Please skip this one. You can get better food around

The toilet is awful, no toilet paper, and we got different meal than what we had ordered.

I returned two times, first they forgot my bag, then my drink and later when I opened it there was something totally different then i ordered.

It's KFC. Nothing really is that spectacular about it. This KFC is really crowded. Easier to just go to another one. The main station food places are always super crowded, just walk a couple 100 meters and you can find another KFC that's less crowded.

It's a KFC, what's there to explain - the meals are fast-food quality, KFC being one of the better ones available in Czechia IMO. Anyway, I've really grown to like this one as it's close to the main train station, so I usually go by it on my way to anywhere outside Brno really. It's in a very good spot which unfortunately combined with the fact that it's not very spacy results in getting overcrowded quite fast. The staff, however, seems to be always doing they're best to stand up to the "fast" part of "fast food", so even then the waiting times aren't that bad. The only thing I don't understand is why there's always just one cash register working. Maybe if they had more people it would flow even better. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was waiting for the order more then 40 min, they didn't inform me why I need to wait. Didn't get the apologies for delay or anything else. People how order food after me get it faster then me.

Fast, clean, comfy

I like they have the menu in English & Czech posted on the wall, which as English speaker helped me construct my order in Czech. The internet is fast & free, so long as you agree to the WIFI terms & conditions. The dining area is kept clean by staff members who go around and remove any mess left by the departed patrons. This restaurant accepts credit cards, which is nice in Czech cash oriented society, and very helpful as business traveler. The food is quickly prepared and provided, with very little wait time.

It's not a restaurant it is fast food corner. In some countries the products called 'food' but I don't think so. If you able to visit some French or Italian, even German restaurant you will make the difference. Fast food and such kind of food is not only tasteless, but not healthy
