Really good for a first time experience in Brno The service was very fast. English speaking staff they helped with the selection of the menu. They asked for vaccination cards. Burgers came out super fast. It was yummy altogether in this cold weather. Overall super happy for a complete new tourist.

Amazing location, fast service, they have like an online menu so you can take your time in ordering and not to be in hurry plus you can pay by your card.

Very beautiful place. The common Mc. Donalds. The order is selforder, very efficient, very fast, and very efficient. The staff is very, very kind and nice. Lazarela was the best, very helpful and polite. I just enjoyed at this place having some coffee, and my godson had two kids' menues. Very kid friendly, in the main square Sloboda.... I mean, it's just amazing to be there and to enjoy the view and good foos.

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, one small cola. Received 3 cheeseburgers, no cola. Lost some money, but staff was nice and they were very busy. So it's kind of excused, at least enjoyed my burgers.

For McDonald’s, this one is kept clean! There are plenty of tables and even places for you to sit as you wait for takeout. Bathrooms cost money.

The self service machine did not print a receipt, the bathroom was paid, but the staff was nice and helpful.

Fast serving, good quality and variety for both gourmand and vegan products. Clean and well positioned in Brno downtown.

I can't understand the level of greed of this restaurant. You have to pay to go to the toilet (which I kind of understand since tourists in European cities always are searching for clean toilets). But what is unfair is that you have to pay even if you already consumed something, which was my case.

A centrally located McDonald’s, large enough, your usual selection. The toilets however have to be paid for, and the male ones were incredibly smelly, peed all over. I cannot say the gingerbread cappuccino was tasty.

My father in-law wanted to get an extra coke before we went home. Their payment machine malfunctioned and still took the money from his account but then did not give us a slip with the order number. The staff then treated him like a criminal and put hom through an interigation before he could get the product he paid for. Really bad service and the employees will treat you like trash. Go literally anywhere else if you have a choice.

A McDonald’s centrally located, nice decor, but when I ordered I underlined 3 times I don’t want the cheese sauce in my Swiss king hamburger and to my surprise 😮 I still got that sauce. And no it’s not the end of the world because of this but I don’t like it at all. Thanks

Went to get snacks at 6.23 for the movie at 7pm at cinema city .... Order number 096, when we got the order we kept in our backpack .... We opened the paper bag during cinema and instead of 2 chicken burger there was only one ... After movies around 10.15 we went to inform this , brilliant guy with beard and broom accused us of lieing even when we showed our movie ticket .... Guy who is brilliant in math claimed there is no movie which ran 4 hours .... Guy should go to movies sometimes especially for the show at 7pm and movie called Mission Impossible .... poor service ... Disgusting attitude ...

Food I ordered was incorrect - beef not chicken, no apology from very rude male staff member and he refused to exchange my BBQ sauce for ketchup, and then started arguing and shouting at me in front of the other customers. Left feeling very upset and angry with the experience.

good service but food ordering system blocked twice. You have to pay for the outfit, but you can't pay with a card. I've never seen anything like this at another McDonald's.

Always good for a quick snack or a dessert. Fast service. From disadvantages is the need to pay for the toilet which is quite inconvenient to get a return voucher after. What if you have done the order already 🤷‍♂️ Would be much better of getting a pin in the receipt instead.

Great service and friendly staff. Very attentive to customers. Clean facility. Like that they spray deodorizer in dining seating areas. Will return on future visit.

By far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The service was lightning fast. So clean too!

Your typical McDonald's experience. If you ever been to any McDonald's, you'll know what to expect. The toilet is paid (10czk,0.5€). But if you're eating you can ask the stuff to open it for you. The schwarzwald burger is eh - ok. The ham is somehow preheated, not the best. The meat is good, there's a lot of it, which looks kinda weird. But okay, it's meat. Can't complain. The sauce is almost like mayo with something. Rucola is meh. For the price (140czk) I don't think I'll buy it again.

Compared to the McDonald's I am used to back home, this place was awesome. The food was hot and fresh. This was the first time that I have ever eaten at a McDonald's where the picture on the menu matched what it looked like when I opened the bag. McDonald's all across America need to take note from this location

Nothing to eat here for vegetarians as night menu. Not possible to go to toilet when waiting in queue. Hranolky nic moc. No idea why would I go there again.

So not nice guy in Mcafe working there. They charge for the toilet if you are not a client (i am Ok with that ) and I asked the guy if he could change. He just turned around ...alright, i guess it's a No. If he was more polite I would have bought a muffin just so i could use a toilet....be kind to others.
