Perfect stay : spacious quiet room, even though the hotel was full. Walking distance to historic center, 5 minutes walking. Sumptuous breakfast ( loved smoked salmon) : huge tables , in huge quantities and in a huge variety . Reasonable price. A perfect stay.

Visited during the conference, service and lobby was good. Colleague said we see rooms equipment was installed some time ago. Otherwise it's OK.

This is a very nice hotel in the city. It has a Casino one floor below restarurang. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I come to Brno I will probably stay in this hotel. I will not give a five star rating just because rooms are getting a bit older. But they still look very nice.

Good place to visit Brno for work and/or pleasure. City center is a 2 minute walk. Hotel rooms good and clean. Breakfast has a wide range of possibilities. Mote than enough place to sit and eat. Hotel bar is fully equipped with a wide range of choices. Reception is professional and efficient.

Extremely rude staff at the reception desk, or even worse - this seems be the "welcoming" & "we care for you" attitude of the hotel management: we happened to arrive 90 minutes prior to the official check-in hour. We asked if our room was ready and therefore could check-in earlier. Sure, was the answer, your room is ready. But since you're arriving 90 minutes prior to the check-in hour, we need you to pay extra 300 CZK. I find this very unwelcoming and rude, and it was the first time someone has ever asked that for in a hotel of that class (or any hotel, actually) when checking-in slightly outside of the official hours.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was fantastic! Comfy beds and great service. Specially from the front desk Adela who kindly let me check in again after having my early transport cancelled. I also found amazing all the messages and marketing strategy about caring about the planet and be more conscious with the water consumption. Absolutely beautiful hotel! I can highly recommend this hotel, it has not only great location, but it is truly beautiful and elegant, has a lovely atmosphere and staff if amazing! We stayed 5 nights and didn’t find any mistake, the hotel is clean, rooms are in a good condition and has parking. Maybe the only thing I would say, they didn’t need to Charge for a baby cot, as this should be automatically added when required, but otherwise all was amazing! Great breakfast too! Special thanks to breakfast staff Andrea who also kindly always helped us to clean our baby bottles. She was amazing!

Perfect location exactly in the city center, you can reach every location from there just walking, even the train station. Room was clean and quite big, well furnished with all stuffs. Breakfast is superb, fresh food, reach choice of sweet and salty things, eggs done express, fresh bread, simply the best I tried.

The hotel is good, in a great location, has nice rooms and great view. The navigation routed us to the other side of the hotel, reaching the main entrance with the car was not easy. The parking fee is not cheap. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from. Location is safe and not noisy. Beds good. Staff in the end were friendly, but at first gave the eastern/slavic not very friendly greeting impression. Maybe just a bad day, I don't know. All in all a nice stay.

Bad experience 1- the hotel have valid parking and if you book suites you pay for parking by hours 2-the system of heating it’s very bad 3- almost the good hotel with 5 star they giving some of snacks free They charge us for the drinking water And we book a suite

An excellent location for accommodation. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant. The staff are kind, thorough and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied, with consideration for people with food allergies. The hotel restaurant is also impeccable. The rooms are tidy and spacious, only the bathroom which is very small, but okay.

Very kind attitude at the reception. I asked for an extra hour before check out from my room and there was no wait at all with positive answer. I can fully recommend this place as its right next to the city centre.

One of my favorites of all time. The only gripe I had was the TV reception but I don't think that's enough to knock the ranking down. Hope to stay there again!

When I arrived I was asked at the reception for my passeport. It was scanned and my personal information was printed out on a paper sheet which I was asked to sign up. The sheet that was retained by the hotel contained essentially all information about me, i.e., my address, passport number, personal ID, my credit card number, names and an example of my signature. Such information can be misued. In the EU it is protected by GDPR (The general data protection regulation) so I asked the receptionist to explain how my personal data will be handled, and how it is secure if it is being printed out (without my prior consent) on the sheet of paper which can be accessed by anyone at the reception. I truly felt like my personal information was essentally hacked without my consent. The reaction of receptionist was weird: when I asked her to explain me how my personal data will be handled I received incomprehensive murmuring and mockery comments. In addition, another recptionist interviened even though I did not request any comments from another person at the reception. It looked like two unpleasant receptionist are verbally atacking their client, but not answering questions that are important to a person who makes business with the hotel. Atop of this all, the room was dirty, I noticed some strange looking dark brown spot on the wall, which reminded a dried drop of a blood. Needles to say, the stay at Best Western Premier Hotel International Brno was one of the the worse stays in my life. In my opinion, this hotel is neither "best" nor "premier" and I will never choose this place again. Surely, I would never recommend anyone comming to Brno to choose it.

Don't trust shuttle times and reception. Reception registered us for 8:30 shuttle 1 day before. At around 8:25, the shuttle left because it was full. We asked the reception, they said that the shuttle that has left was for previous time period and our shuttle (for 8:30) is on the road but because of traffic jam. it will come in 20-30 mins. At around 9:05, the same shuttle with the same driver came back and picked us up. So, actually there was no other shuttle. It seems, they only register more people than available seats for the same time period and instead of finding a bigger shuttle, they made us waiting for more than half an hour for nothing. And once we asked to reception the reason, instead of finding another solution (like calling a taxi or saying the truth to us for finding another solution on our own), they didn't take the responsibility and just put off. We were late for more than half an hour to the meeting that we planned and it was unacceptable.

Centrally located high standard hotel. Service is friendly though partly very inexperienced. Room very clean and well equipped, air conditioning seemed to have technical issues and lightning concept was somewhat complicated, didn't bother me much. Parking garage entry partially obstacles by building works, 2 free electric charging slots.

Small rooms, everything looks super cheap. Wardrobe with no drawers. Comfy bed, tiny bathroom with a ridiculous bathtube instead of a shower. Great location and nice staff. Acceptable for one night, not more.

The hotel is quite old. The standard room turned to be old furnished. We changed the room for the more mordern one- advanced, but the hotel itself feels like 90s. The bathroom is very small also- 2 steps of mine. Plus The repairs on the road nearby made the staying noisy. The location is comfortable. The breakfast is normal, the personnel is pleasant. Room service (for breakfast) -100 Kr. The parking place is infront of the entrance. So we stayed for only 1 night.

Great hotel, friendly service, dog friendly and lush breakfast buffet. The Hotel is very nicely located close to Spielberg castle and park, which was perfect so I could walk my dog quickly there. Only the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were really small, hence 4/5.

Looked after me extremely well. Needed to extend my stay, and the made sure I could keep the same room. Executive lounge is worth a visit if you're on that floor. Very clean rooms, separate toilet to bathroom. Nice consumables. Good choice at breakfast. Nespresso coffee machine in room. One happy guest.
