My favourite indian restaurant in town. It's tasty, it's not pricey and the vibe is okay. Pro tip: The menu is exactly the same as in Annapurna near the central station, but prices are lower ;)

Good Nepal restaurant in "classical czech pub" place. The meal is well served, dishes are clean and waiter is willing. The only con was a mix of music from kitchen, different one from TV and another one from waiters phone. The rest of visit was fully satisfying. :-)

When half of you like the environment of a classical Czech restaurant and the other half wants Indian food, here, you can have both. The food is delicious, by the way, Starobrno Beer not so much.

Pokhara is a good Indian Nepalese restaurant in the Anenska area. Food is good to taste and they customised too based on the taste required. You should definitely try the Veg Samosa and in Kadai Paneer. They make it good and economical too. I have always ordered home delivery.they can do much better if they promote their restaurant a bit and make that huge space with some better ambience to sit, relax and enjoy food.currently it looks like a typical lunch home where u just come, eat, go. Location is peaceful & they have good space.just to enhance it and be part of other food ordering companies

People in the reviews feeling underwhelmed by interior, service and so on probably got it all wrong. For decorated dishes you sure thing go somewhere else. This is the place you go to tame the beast in your belly: cheap, authentic and hell of a delicious. I like the food here a bit more compared to other options around (Annapurna & co), especially the meat. Staff is quire friendly, too. (No wonder given you’ll often times be the one of the few visitors in there 😬)

The worst Indian food in town. Dishes were soaked up with too much oil. And they use cake flour to make naan. That makes the naan very hard and tasteless. My alu paratha was horrible as well. It was really bad experience.

I live close to this restaurant and I have to admit that during this covid/home office time I order my lunch here pretty often. It was always very good and as someone already mentioned, I also appreciate the mix of bread and rice. But I wanted to ask you what happened in the past two weeks? (Approximately) Suddenly all meals taste almost the same. It´s some kind of universal flavor and I can´t tell anymore what I ordered. Moreover, these uni-taste meals are not good. Even my favorite chicken curry was terrible today. It didn´t taste like chicken curry at all and it was incredibly oily. Seriously I had like one cm of oil on the top. :-D First time I thought that you just had a bad day - and it´s ok, I would understand. But this happened repeatedly. I hope you can change it and I wish you good luck! But till then, I guess this was my last order.

We celebrated a big Indian surprise birthday party here. The owner reserved the back area of the restaurant for us and we were free to arrange tables and decorations as we wished. The owner and his wife were incredibly helpful in organizing everything. To make the Indian experience perfect they provided us with lots of authentic Indian decorations and dishes. They helped me for example with the whole setup and provided loudspeakers and music. We had a big buffet of approximately 10 dishes and every one of them was great and to the point. Also, the presentation was incredible thanks to the beautiful dishes and the wonderful colors of the Indian food. Best surprise party ever. Big thanks to Sanny (the owner) and his fantastic team around him.

The food was quite ok and the prices were very good. The atmosphere was a bit cold but its at a central spot of the city. Service very friendly 👍 not the best Indian food I've had but its decent given the price.

Great nepali-indian restaurant just three minutes walk far from Brno centre or two minutes walk from Brno Špilberk castle. If you want to eat great tasty and oriental food and don't pay too much, I strongly advise You, to go there.
