More like "A Random Curry Aprentice" and not a good one. "Chicken tikka masala" so salty one can't taste anything else. So much oil couldn't eat it all. Open kitchen and what "cooks" do around stow looks quite ridiculous or weird. Something mysterious is put into large pot from large tinfoil bag? Not very hygienic or healthy I guess. Food even don't look or smell very nice for the prize. Guy behind the counter is ok. Not coming back and better avoid the place.

Samosa Chat at Dr. Indy Restaurant! Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Dr. Indy Restaurant and immersing myself in a culinary adventure that left me delighted. One dish, in particular, stood out and became an instant favorite: the Samosa Chat. Dr. Indy Restaurant's Samosa Chat is a true gem that exemplifies the perfect blend of flavors and textures. The dish consisted of crispy samosas, delicately spiced chickpeas, tangy tamarind chutney, refreshing yogurt, and a colorful assortment of toppings. As the plate arrived, the aroma of freshly fried samosas mingled with the tantalizing scents of spices, instantly whetting my appetite. The samosas were golden-brown and flawlessly crispy, revealing a delectable filling of spiced potatoes and peas. Each bite offered a satisfying crunch and a burst of flavor. What truly set this Samosa Chat apart was the harmonious combination of ingredients. The spiced chickpeas added a delightful earthiness and a hint of warmth, perfectly complementing the samosas. The tamarind chutney contributed a tangy and slightly sweet note, enhancing the overall flavor profile. The addition of yogurt added a creamy and cooling element to the dish, creating a perfect balance with the spices. The toppings, such as finely chopped onions, fresh cilantro, and crunchy sev (fried vermicelli), added a wonderful textural contrast and a burst of freshness. The portion size was generous, making it ideal for sharing or enjoying as a satisfying meal on its own. The attentive service at Dr. Indy Restaurant further enhanced the experience, with the staff offering friendly recommendations and ensuring a comfortable dining atmosphere. In conclusion, Dr. Indy Restaurant's Samosa Chat is a must-try for all food enthusiasts. With its perfectly crispy samosas, flavorful chickpeas, and a delightful blend of chutneys and toppings, this dish is a true celebration of taste and texture. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend indulging in the Samosa Chat at Dr. Indy Restaurant. It's a flavorsome fiesta that will leave you craving more!

New place, new beginning? First visit on the second day of open for business. Kind of a fast food daily menu option, mixing of all daily dishes according to a customer's wish. Tasty, quick, enough of a portion for 149,-.

All you can eat for 109 czk is quite nice. Although the food wasn't as great as "normal food" - served just for you. Compared to Buddha restaurant this was worse, however still good. Make sure to try the desert and grab a mango lassi while you're at it. The atmosphere is really nice

Quality Indian food with big portions. It was around 250czk per person.

I had the Samosa Channa Chat and a Masala Dosa. Either of these would have been enough for a full meal for me, I just ordered both because the price was low. Very tasty vegetarian options at a low-key restaurant.

Very friendly man served me. I asked if my child could try on small spoon the curry, and without any problem, he put a small sample on a plastic spoon. I did buy a meal and was shocked at the portion for the price of 149czk - it was big!!!! I ate at many Indian restaurants, and this was one is definitely very good. Czech people don't appreciate foreign cuisine and most never ate proper Indian food before, so just put a bad review,as indian food is different to czech a lot. It's better!!! Daal was super and so was murgi curry. Place is clean and I don't mind Kofola in cups. Nothing was over spicy or oily at all. Ignore bad reviews.

Amazing samosa chat...if you are in Brno must try the place for a quick bite...I had Dosa also which was good too...normally they don't serve Chai (tea) but they were making it for themselves and I asked if I could also get it they served it happily...price is also reasonable

The best curry in town! One small hiccup, drinks are served into plastic cups, but ‘curry in a hurry’ is just splendid!

Did not like the food. Too much oil and no taste in any of the dishes. Garlic Chapati had more garlic than flour itself.

Very average food quality. Been here for buffet lunch and the food was mass market oriented. Tasted very poorly with not enough spices. They dont give you tap water but only make you actually buy it. Not cpnvenient at all. With added drinks you are paying more than 140kor. Music inside very muted and hard to find seats during lunch. Interior is not adequate too with minimal decoration thematic. Not recommend.

The food is JUST AMAZING, big portions, good price, the best closest from Indian street food!

Considering the compact space at the new location, the buffet system seems to have lost. It's "all you need, take now" system, NOT "all you can eat buffet". The food was served in small bowls, everything almost mixed up. Being called as buffet, no second service. Unlike the previous management at the old location, it was all you can eat and freestyle service. Even the taste has changed drastically.

All you can eat lunch menu for 129kč is a great offer, the food was really tasty and the staff was kind and helpful. I'm giving 4* because we didn't like that the chicken meat was not thoroughly stripped of the fatty parts and tendons. Also, it was probably a mix of chicken breasts and chicken legs and we prefer the chicken breasts.

Good ambience and lovely food. Being a vegetarian I had tomato and basil soup followed by famous North Indian food Chole Bhatura (chick peas with indian spice & indian bread). It was served hot and tasty. Should definitely try this Indian dish

Fanta menu. Reasonably priced. Excellent food prepared by Our Garhwali brethen who are born cooking experts. One gets goat meat too instead of lamb if one wants to have it. The receptionist was a wonderful person exuding radiance. Overall had good times.

Unique cuisine even for Indian standards. Daily "all you can eat" buffet combinations are being changed quite a lot so you don't get same madras every day, food is also being resupplied often without need to ask employees...

🫤 DO NOT order the paella! Worst I ever had in my life, the sea food in it was stinky and not fresh, litteraly very bad taste. 👍👍 I believe this is one of the best restaurants in Brno. It's cozy, has a huge space and lots of tables. staff is friendly, menu is wide, has a lot of choices. In the same space they have a kids area with games, staff is friendly and prices are very good for the quality of the food. They also have the...
