Classic scam, I do not recommend. We’ve arrived at the end of check-in time. It was tight, but we were there in time. There was just closed door and that’s about it. Nobody let us in, nobody picked up 4 (!) calls to the mobile number provided. Nobody (ever) called us back, not even the next day. Our request for refund was denied. The person responsible probably left way ahead the end of check-in time and did not even try to wait until the end of check-in time or inquire about two pre-paid missing quests.

It's small and simple but that isn't at all a bad thing. The check-in/out is fast and easy and the attended even let me check in early. They have a full kitchen with free coffee/tea. The beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is a little small, but at least it's clean! The location is great as it's right in the middle of town. I'd recommend this place to young/budget travelers passing through Brno.

Value for money if one prefers to stay in the city center and is willing to share room with other guests

Staying here for the second time because it's an affordable, clean, comfy place in the very centre of Brno. This place has it's vibe, going to stay here next time too. Recommended.

Basic hostel but in the very center of Brno. Big room, kitchen facilities available for the guests, free wifi. If you don't expect a 5 star hotel but a cozy central place to stay go there 😉😊

2.5 stars would be better. Nice location and while I was there it was very quiet but others mention that there is a club or something so beware. The price was good. I don't talk much to hostel personel from experience so they don't make me angry with their indifference and worsen the experience. But... The place was kinda dirty especially the shower and the kitchen. The mattress was very bad the worse ever I've seen yet so was the pillow so you have a bad sleep. They also give you the covers for the pillow etc and expect from you to make them! I saw that for the first in my life... No lockers... really? The entrance of the main building was smelling like something died somewhere and it kept getting worse day by day and no one took care of the problem. People must take their jobs way more seriously. Too bad there are just a few options for hostels in Brno.

the hotel is in a good location, but the quality of life, the cleanliness, the staff is filthy! I strongly advise against it !! I have many hostel but this one is indescribable, limit it is more pleasant to sleep in a bar on a couch. To catch skin cancer it's the right place !!!

The location was great. The hostel was not bad, but it was a bit noisy from outside. The personnel was so nice and helpful for sure. :)

Excellent location in the city centre. It's located really near the bus station, supermarket, tourist attractions and a good exchanging place. The service is great and people are kind all the time. They do speak English and I certainly would come back.

Cheap place with a great central location. Spacious dorms with lockers and both light and power by each bed. Would probably stay there again if I go back to Brno.

In this price i was expecting nothing more than a place to sleep and warm water. And I was super suprised! There was good internet connection, shared kitchen, hair dryer, microwave, loundry machine, coffe and tea, towels, just anything you may need.. Receptionists were very friendly and helpfull in case of sightseeing recommendations 😊

Beautifully organised, impeccable and cozy, run by an extraordinarily gifted young man, fluent in many languages. Being situated in the perfect location makes it great value for money. Highly recommended.

Good but for 30 euro with 4 people but expensive , I prefer another one better, I prefer to pay a little more for a comfortable room, the location of the hotel is great close to the main station, tram and Lidl supermarket
