No words to describe this hotel.... I am young and used to many different kind of situations but I have to say that my experience in this hotel was pretty horrible. A list of just few things that come to my mind: - The room was old, too old with no services - The breakfast buffet was one of the most awkward buffet ever. Few things from the discount. Just cheap things, horrible coffee (and I am not exaggerating) - At the reception they barely speak English - Internet is additional cost and it is not even working - The waitress kick me out in a really not nice way from my room at 9 when the check out was at 10.30. I can understand this services for 10 Euro. per night not at the price of 90 Euro. Really have no words.

The hotel has a central location and the reception area is the only thing that has been updated lately. That´s all the positive one can say about this place. The rest of the hotel is old and shabby. The cleanliness was unsatisfying, the room furniture must be 50 years old - but not in a fancy retro way, just old and disgusting. The whole room has probably been refurbished in the 80´s and that´s what it stilll looks like today. The bed is rock hard and awfully uncomfortable and the floor is made of wood (not just the surface, but wood construction) so it squeaks with every step you make. But the worst part is, that the walls have no sound insulation. The guy in the room next door kept talking until past 11pm and it felt like he´s sitting on the corner of my bed. Also hallway noise and street noise keep you awake. All in all I haven´t felt this uncomfortable in a hotel in a very long time. It was the first time I stayed there and it will definitely remain the last time.

Room was unfortunateley cold, heaters of both, bedroom and living room, were not working. So obviously turnt off. Not acceptable, especially as the price for the region was high too! Shower not made for tall person, quality wise also not convinient. Breakfast was ok. So were the rest. Nevertheless, I'd pick something else in Future!

There was no towels in my room for two nights. You will have a problem with big car because there is a small gate to the parking lot.

The breakfast are extremely poor, almost nothing to eat, no ventilation in the bathroom, mattresses are very old. Strange portraits of Russian colonels on the walls and their names on the doors - it is unpleasant to see

The hotel staff were really kind and helpful when we needed them, the hotel facilities and rooms are exactly as described. Only one issue was that there were no smoking rooms even though while booking, the option was there to choose one, so maybe that can be improved. Otherwise, the hotel is close to city center and everything is accessible with tram/public transport stop about 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Super friendly reception. Breakfast small and sufficient, with a view of the city on the top floor. Rooms spacious and clean. The only drawback, rooms near the elevator are very noisy due to the corridor door. But otherwise everything is great.

This hotel is hotel is in a good service to price relation. Only the parking situation is a little difficult. The entrance to the parking level is not made for mid-size or larger vehicles. Parking in the near by streets is not straight forward. There are not many free places ...

Not bad hotel with a good location in Brno. But it would be nice to improve the equipment of the rooms, to add the necessary bathroom accessories.

for the price, one star. you get a bed and running water, that's it. and the bed was rock hard. no shower curtain, no USB, no ATM, no fan, no ac, not close to anything, tiny fridge. the breakfast isn't as shown with white linen and croissants. staff: Fillip was very nice. the old lady we only saw once at check out was super rude. don't go here.

We have made a reservation for lunch 5 days ahead for 10 people. Confirmed and made food selection the day before. After arrival the table was not ready and the only waitress on the floor didn't know about the reservation. It took 40 minutes to get the soup. No paper in the bathroom. The waitress was O.K. and looked ashamed. Obviously, the management doesn't care about the business. Never more.

Very average hotel. Looks dated, or vintage, depends on your preferences. The bed and pillows were a little too soft for my liking. Very clean however, and very pleasant reception staff.

The beds are very bed. As well as anywhere carpets smell bad..
