I
am
sad
to
give
it
3
stars
because
the
hotel
deserves
definitely
4+
stars
and
I
really
appreciate
the
accommodation.
I
will
try
to
divide
it
in
sections
so
you
can
better
understand
why
I
rate
it
so
low
and
why
it
might
not
be
an
issue
for
you:
1.
ROOM
-
I
got
a
room
for
1
person.
The
room
in
general
was
clean
with
basic
amenities.
The
only
issue
I
got
was
the
toilet
that
wasn't
clean
up
to
my
standards
and
I
believe
the
housekeeping
need
a
little
education
in
this
manner
to
better
understand
what
can
be
cleaned
and
how
it
is
supposed
to
look.
The
rest
of
the
room
was
very
nice
and
as
I
said
clean
with
exceptionally
clean
mirrors
and
glass
on
a
shower.
Nice
clean
beddings
with
extra
touch,
really
appreciate
it
and
I
wish
I
got
change
to
tip
for
that.
So
this
whole
thing
wouldn't
be
an
issue
after
all.
The
issue
was
I
got
room
above
a
busy
road
that
has
trucks
passing
by
every
now
and
then.
Since
it
was
a
really
warm
day
I
wished
I
could
sleep
with
slightly
opened
window
-
no
way
you
can
sleep
in
that
noise.
If
that
wasn't
enough
the
pillow
is
absolute
disaster.
So
if
you
plan
to
have
a
sleep,
get
yourself
some
ways
to
numb
yourself
a
bit
:D
If
you
are
able
to
get
a
different
room,
I
think
you
should
be
ok
and
you
can
add
1
star
to
my
review.
2.
STAFF
AND
SERVICE
-
the
reception
was
infomative,
czech
standard,
really
didn't
went
over
the
edge
with
politeness
and
"we
are
so
happy
to
see
you"
attitude
but
like
whatevs,
you
are
not
there
for
that,
are
you.
They
weren't
rude
or
anything,
still
in
very
professional
level.
The
breakfast
service
was
very
kind
and
nice
and
I
had
exceptionally
positive
experience
from
the
lady
doing
debarass
and
filling
up
the
buffét.
3.
PLACE
-
It
is
about
20-35
minutes
from
the
city
center
by
tram
and
you
can
walk
there
from
the
stop
pretty
easily
in
12
minutes.
It
is
above
Brno
with
nice
view,
close
to
the
nature.
The
road
seems
to
be
the
only
issue
but
if
you
come
there
by
car...
I
had
some
minor
problems
to
get
there
with
Bolt
(Uber)
since
the
whole
city
was
in
undercontruction
state,
but
the
location
is
surprisingly
accessible
for
how
much
remote
it
seems.
4.
BREAKFAST
-
Some
of
the
food
was
littlebit
dry
the
second
day
;-)
But
there
was
a
good
diversity,
fresh
croissants,
coffee,
yogurt,
salads,
czech
salads
and
even
littlebit
of
fruits
and
even
glutten
free
bread!!!
so
generally
the
breakfast
is
very
high
to
what
you
get
for
your
buck.
5.
VALUE
-
I
think
it's
okish.
There
are
minor
things
I
would
appreciate
to
be
improved,
especially
the
quality
of
sleep
should
be
a
priority
in
any
hotel,
but
generally
I
am
quiet
happy
with
what
I
got
for
my
money
even
tho
it
is
on
the
more
expensive
side
of
what
I
would
normally
pay
for
this
kind
of
accommodation.
The
breakfast
and
breakfast
lady
made
my
day
(the
eggs
were
like
little
suns!!!)
and
the
breakfast
in
general
made
it
worth
the
money
and
reason
I
would
recommend
it
to
you.
Just
pick
your
room
better,
not
above
the
road!
