If you have another couple or one person in your next room and let’s say talking on the phone or having conversation.. you gonna hear everything ZERO sound insulation in the hotel!! Also you might hear laundry machines from the top floor or downstairs.. not recommend at all..

Well position for exploring the city. The room wasn't great, very small single beds pushed together. Nice bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was terrible, very little selection and the sausages were borderline inedible. It's only a 3 star but it well below standard in certain areas.

Simply horrible. The noise fron the bar downstairs is unbearable, it’s like having a jukebox in the room. The rooms are ugly and not well-cleaned, several things are broken. The beds are hard as a rock and the room is warm like hell. Speaking of hell, I am currently in the hotel it’s my first (and last) night here, and as I have been trying to sleep since 10 pm, I am feeling like I’m in hell. Trying to work out something with the hotel tomorrow as a refound, hope I will have better experiences about that.

Don't go there unless you want a hot room with spiders. I was there for 2 months almost, I had the exact same breakfast every morning (ham, cheese and eggs). My window was covered with spider webs, from time to time I found a big one in my room. I had a weak internet signal in the bathroom but not in my room. The stuff was nice, but I wouldn't go back. At this price you find lot better services in Brno.

Clean and nice rooms and bathroom.Comfortable big bed. View for river and city. Hotel next to the bus and tram stop but it not was problem for us. In hotel is very good Italian restaurant with awesome pizza!

I strongly DO NOT reccomend that hotel!!! I have stayed with my wife on 3rd floor room. That is why I didn't like that place: 1) In the bar on 0 level there were a techno party till 3 am... I am sure not only we couldn't sleep. You can't complaint to the reception because it is open till 23.00... after there is NOBODY in the hotel. 2) I was told twice (once by email from receptionist Nela T.) I will have double room ... and my double was really not comfortable TWIN room with separate beds. 3) In the bathroom there were no shower cabin doors, shower head was broken and was mold in a few places. You can imagine water from the shower was everywhere. 4) After my stay I asked about invoice... ruda lady made it for me 3 times, because she was not smart enough to rewrite correct details from my business card. I work for travel agency and I will not reccomend that hotel to anyone. There are a few other good choices in reasonable prices in the area.

Horrible experience We came to hotel because saw on booking that there is plenty of free rooms acceptable for 3 adults and 1 child + it said that pets are also allowed for around 70€ In the hotel lady on reception says additional payment for kid, additional payment for pet. Payment only in cash, but there was a card machine in front of her. When I went on web site to book a room there was no more available rooms, beside on that there was at least 5 free rooms minute before our chat. How rude it is. Ugh

Very big apartment. Clean. We was in the end of November and hitting sestem didn't work. In room was +16🥶. Immediately administration gave us a small radiator and pizza for free, but its didn't help.)) Breakfast was ok. Also the entrance seems like dirty and bad quality, but this price explain a lot.

Pay attention about this stupid hotel, I got info from booking that is not a problem to arrive at 24.00, and when I arrived everything was closed and nobody can help me, no receptions in night. Pay attention, stupid people inside. :) I was slepping in car after so long travel... and meeting. And next day woke up at 7..... Choose better hotels in center. :)

Stayed here for one night, service was good. Girl on reception explained everything well. Be aware of additional city tax(around 3€ we paid for 3 adults, not sure if that is for 1 night or the whole stay). Rooms are clean and tidy, towels included. Mattresses were not the best, but comfy. Breakfast was great, sausages, eggs and some fruits. There is no coffee machine in the room, but other than that you get everything you need for staying longer.

A nice hotel at a very good location (with tram 10 min, on foot 30 min to city centre), easy to find. Rooms comfortable and clean. Friendly employees. The breakfast has not much choice, but is reallygoid quality. But: - no elevator - no air condition in rooms - reception only open 7:30-21 (8-21 on Sundays) - late start of breakfast (7:30 weekdays, 8 Sundays- I had warm water in sink but almost totally cold in shower In overall I would give 4 stars if it were cheaper, but at 65 € per night (price I paid, beginning of September 2023) I do not think that the price-quality relation is too good.

May 2023 It was not too expensive but it should not be a 3-star hotel. In the bathroom, there was a mold on the ceiling and the radiator was all in cracked paint. Rooms were looking a little like from 80's. Surrounding area is a little dug up as some rivier / bridge improvements are going on.

Nice location, nice room and great service..the restaurant also served great food. Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment, close to the loud street, no elevator in the building.
